Went to view the car which went fine. Repeated delays in picking car up. Within a day engine management light on and faulty lights. Took two weeks to fix, then petrol gauge not working when we picked the car up. Communication poor eg returning calls.

I sold my car to them. They took delivery of my car, promised to pay full amount. I got less than half! They have not paid the remaining £10k owed to me. They started of with excuses, but now just ignore my calls and messages.

As many others have said - Avoid at all costs, unless you want to take legal action.

I got Porsche Cayman off revitup what a bad move that was . They are so bad in ways you won't believe. Car engine management light kept coming on that said they would fix, but no was still on when I got it back. Should of had 12 mot but no . So they came and picked it up and said they would do mot and sort engine management light . But light was still on when it came back but I did have a lot of damage to the car which was not there when they picked it up. I took lots of photos and you can see there's no damage. And they will not pay to fix any of it. Clutch and flywheel went he said he would pay for clutch but not flywheel so I had to. Wiper on back widow did not work he said he had ordered one which turned out to be another lie. I could keep going on but Mark doesn't give a shit as long as your cash is in his bank after that he just lies lies and lies again. KEEP AWAY FROM REVITUP OR YOU NEED YOUR HEAD FEELING

If i could i would rate them minus 1 . They're are absolutely disgusting and shameless. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I bought a car from them and not even three weeks later a fault started popping up and after that problems just kept on pilling up. They rarely picked up the phone and just care about the money I took the car to them three times drove 3 hours each way and they would just blatantly lie and say it was fixed. I have had enough of them. Absolutely horrible company. They said they fixed the car and took a claim but then a problem occurred a week later. Absolutely disgusting! Hopefully the wrong they've done catches up to them.

After reading many reviews, I feel that I may have dodged a bullet here. Actually tried to buy a car off them, however, they have not responded to any questions about the vehicle (Subaru Imprezza Spec C). This leads me to belive that the car is not as described and they are looking to sell to someone that doesn't know their cars.

I bought my cla 45 from here the 1st may. Drove 40 minutes home and the engine light came on on. Took it back to revitupuk an told me they would replace the thermostat. Never informed me that they would not be putting a genuine Mercedes thermostat on it. Picked the car up. Was driving back home and my car dropped every bit of water it had in it. Had to get my car recovered back to their garage to find a clip had failed. Picked the car back up to realise it had zero power, drove it back home as they had left the garage at this point as it was 7pm and my car went into limp mode. I took it back to realise while replacing the thermostat for some unknown reason the turbo was not connected. So pick it back up. 6 weeks later the thermostat went again due to not using a genuine thermostat. I then took my car for a new valve on my tyre to then realise the back coil springs had been snapped and were rusted so obviously been like that for a while. Then find out the bolt to my break sensor had been glued. And I only had one break working till I replaced the disks and pads. Not to mention this car was supposed to of been for a MOT and recall sorted back at Mercedes. No surprise the MOT hadn’t been done as no car is passing a genuine MOT in this state. Funny enough the MOT runs out 1st Jan, I’m not to sure what MOT centre is open on New Year’s Day but okay.
I find it really hard to believe this garage good reviews are all genuine considering the bad reviews all have the same in common. Your warranty isn’t worth the paper it written on and once they have your money they don’t care what happens to you or your vehicle. I only managed to get some sort of response from the garage when I took this complaint to Instagram an a well known car group with lots of mutuals with this garage commented. What a coincidence. I sent them over the invoice for the replacement of my thermostat to the mechanic and their Instagram. For the mechanic to reply that he apparently no longer works for them but revitup stated he was on holiday. Quite confused on that one. I have spent near enough two thousand pounds repairing their problems that this car should never have left with. Revitupuk sell death traps from a living. If you’re looking for a trustworthy garage then avoid these at all costs.

Bought an RS3 off them was told it would be fully MOT'd and serviced, unfortunately only half of that was true. Picked the car up fine got 10 mins down the motorway and got a low oil pressure warning light on the dash so had to drive 50 miles with it on, got the car home checked the oil level straight away, engine literally had no oil in it at all. Took it to a local VAG expert only to be told it's got an engine oil leak. So it's been sat in the showroom leaking oil and no ones even noticed. Who lets a near 600bhp car be sold to a customer with no oil in the engine? Contacted the owner, Mark, who said he was off but would ring me the next day when he was at the dealership, he never did. One key fob was dead and not working so had to buy a battery for it and all my MOMENTUM warranty details were filled out wrong, wrong name, wrong email and wrong mobile number. Having to jump through hoops with MOMENTUM to try and get it fixed, probably just gonna have to pay out of my own pocket. *UPDATE* MOMENTUM warranties have just emailed me to say they can't fix the oil leak as external oil leaks aren't covered by the warranty so avoid them as well. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Brought a car from here, and what can I say from start to finish the service has been top tier. I brought online and don’t not have a chance to see the car before hand. They made the whole process effortless and put me at ease. Car arrived in good time on a trailer, delivery driver was professional and friendly.
The aftercare service I have also received has been top notch! Highly recommend. Will deffo go back for my partners next car and maybe even again for mine in the future

Terrible company disgusting attitude toward customers very rude and dismissive don’t buy anything from these idiotic scam artists they are nothing but a bundle of con men who will take your money and not say anything to you

I went to rev it up uk to purchase a cla 45. On the day of pick up 1st of may I drove my car home and about 4 hours of having it engine light came up on the dash. Called the garage and they replaced thermostat. My finance on my old car was due to be paid the 12th may. After multiple phone calls and rev it up telling me they had paid it an it had bounced back I got in touch with my finance company for them to confirm they had not tried to pay the settlement of my old car after dean laughed down the phone about being advised the contact the police. They finally paid it. Had the car about 6 weeks an again the engine light has come on. Exactly the same issue. I’m not naive to believe you are going to buy a modified car and it not have issues. But when your sold a fault car and the same problem appears once again after 6 weeks. It’s a bit different. Contacted garage again on Monday about issue told us somebody would come and fix it at the home today. But of course contacted to inform us that won’t be happening today. Please do not trust this garage. I wish I had found all of these reviews before purchasing from that garage.

messaged for a price on Monday morning, asked roughly what I was after and they offered more than what I asked for within 20 mins , took the car there same night was in showroom around 15 mins money was sent straight away couldn’t of asked for better service. 3rd time we’ve dealt with them and all been a great experience. Bought a B7 RS4 a couple of months ago wich only has 84 days left on the MOT, I drove it away on the day and was assured if there was any problems when I MOT’d it they would cover any costs.unfortunately when I got it MOTd it had a few issues with brake pipes and suspension, I gave them a call, they told me to bring the RS4 back to them they gave me a nice Q5 to use whilst my car was getting sorted. Many thanks to Mark, Dean Jack my car got all the work done and a new MOT. They even delivered my car back to my house and took the Q5 back. That’s the second car I’ve had from Mark and the boys, wouldn’t hesitate doing business with them again. Much appreciated Bri.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

- zero communication
- tried to deny faulty parts on car
- gave them 2 weeks to fix issues. 1 day before collection told NONE of it had been done
- gives them another 2 weeks (zero communication from them during) again NO work done on the car
- promised refund on car deposit and cancelled train ticket (£400+ owed)
- now emails are being ignored regarding refund. It has been a month and NOTHING

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE GRIEF AND DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

I visited with the intention of purchasing a Hyundai i30N Fastback which I had been told I could drive away with that day, but when I arrived the car had multiple issues and wasn't road worthy. I paid a £250 deposit on the car as we had agreed on a list of work that was going to be done to get the car back in good condition.

We agreed on a 2 week deadline, but they called me the day before I was due to go back to tell me that no work had yet been done to the car, and in the end I waited a month (with no communication at all from the garage!) before calling and cancelling the order as they still hadn't actually done any of the work that the car needed.

I have again been waiting for a month at this point for the refund of my deposit and for a cancelled train ticket (over £400 total) which was agreed upon when I cancelled the order, but I am yet to hear back after many attempts at contacting them and leaving voicemails.

Brought a car from them in December, the car ended up having a list of issues less than a week into ownership, took me over a month to get to an agreement of having it fixed, they then decided to ignore all my messages leaving me with no car and no updates on the repairs, after finally getting a reply and declaring for the car to be returned and my money back they took a further 2 months to refund me my money after again ignoring my calls and messages. 5 months down the line they still owe me money which I was promised and once again no contact to resolve it… stay well away!
