Great service received hear from before…
Great service received hear from before ordering and after ordering when I had questions. I purchased the 400gpd unit to make water for my marine tanks and very happy with the unit. Highly recommend and friendly guys to deal with.
The prices were very competitive and represented good value for money. Kirsteen was also helpful when responding to emails and arranged for next-day delivery after I chased my order.
Unfortunately, the dispatch and delivery communication let the experience down. There was no dispatch confirmation email, so I had to follow up to check whether the order had actually been sent. When I was provided with tracking details, the reference came without any indication of which courier was being used. A link was later provided, but the tracking information did not work, as demonstrated in the screenshots I shared.
Even after receiving a delivery slot, the courier arrived right at the end of it and end of day and dumped it on doorstep and went off.
Overall, the pricing was fair and customer service was helpful when contacted, but the dispatch process, tracking information, and delivery communication could be improved considerably. I am unsured based on this, if I would use them again.

Is easy to give 5 stars to companies when everything goes fine , but no companies supply new products that never go wrong. But the test of any company is how these problems are solved. I have have given 5 stars after the above and beyond service in just this situation. The fact they sorted out my problem with speed and easy is a sign of a good company. And 100% will use them again.
