I can usually find what I am looking for. I haven't had a bad experience with the sellers - all have been very fast and delivered what was promised in excellent condition.

Reverb is a safe and secure site where many items for sale are well presented. Communication between buyer and seller is easy and encouraged. Reverb also does a good job ensuring safe transactions and shipping, as well as dispute settlement if necessary.

When looking for gear the search generally works very well and completing a purchase from there is very easy. A problem I have is when I link to Reverb from my daily feed email, you show the product as a window above the main page. If you accidentally touch the screen behind, the product you were looking at disappears and you have to go back to the email to get it back. The product linked in the email should launch as the main page within Reverb.

I've just received my new bass — everything is in excellent condition, exactly as advertised. It came excellently packed by the seller. Absolutely no complaints — thumbs up from my side!

Poor customer support, cannot talk to a real person, only a robot is available which is pretty much useless!

Reverb is an awesome music gear site. They have a huge selection of different instruments. When I purchased my bass, checkout was a smooth process. I will definitely be using Reverb again in the future and I highly recommend them.

Buyers beware, horrible return policy for returns and working with bad sellers, I will be buying elsewhere from now on.

I have always been very happy with the transactions. I once recieved something not as promised and was able to get the money to repair the amp plus more.
Also once I had to deal with a buyer that claimed problems with a piece of gear and reverbs customer support was very helpful getting this resolved in my favour.

Reverb has provided a great market for my old gear. It is also a great place to pickup deals at half price or less. Never pay retail again!

Being a long time stalker and now, a user I can say that so far I’m really impressed with the Reverb platform. It offers a great selection of music gear and I always check here before going elsewhere. Of course time will tell but so far I’m really enjoying it.

I am, relatively, new to shopping on Reverb, and the more I have visited the site, the more I have appreciated its role in helping people shopping for gear, find what they want and maybe for less $ than retail prices. That was my first experience buying a guitar through the Reverb site. Being able to see and compare new and used items from sellers across the country, allows any buyer to determine the best price for the gear they want. Reverb is a go to site.
