Really awful customer service. My straighteners stopped working after 12 months so couldn't return to store but had a 2 year warranty with Revamp. Contacted them on 27 January 2026 and it's now 17 Mar... Näytä lisää

Airbrush only 4 months old stopped working Revamp trying not to replace or refund.
Extremely disappointed!
Would AVOID in future!

Revamp customer service returned my queries within 24 hours and I managed to purchase the right adapter for my straighteners . Great customer service.

not so impressed anymore !

we were impressed with these at the beginning but few months in iv started doin my daughters hair and iv noticed there is ALOT of snapped hairs in between sections near the root ! ( quite prominent ). obv she couldn’t see this at the back but i was pretty shocked tbh as her hair has always been in beautiful condition using all best heat protectors to help prevent this from happening ! her very long hair is going to need a lot of treatments to bring it back ! 🥹

Bought the Revamp Progloss Airstyle

Bought the Revamp Progloss Airstyle. Used it for just over 12 months and then the clip holding the tools in place on the handle decided to stick in the handle. Tried to contact Revamp three times over the space of 3-4 weeks but no reply. Now have a product I can’t use. Loved it before it broke. Customer service is rubbish. No telephone number only a form to fill in that may be replied to in upto 3 days! Still haven’t had a reply!!

Progloss Liberate ST-2500

Nice product, easy to order, good quality, quick delivery however the only downside is the straighteners need charging way more often than my wife, who only has shoulder length hair, hoped for. Using for at most 5mins a day she only gets 3 days use out of them.

Customer service second to none.

Customer service second to none.
Prompt reply, helpful, knowledgeable and made things really easy for me.
The product was recommended by a colleague… her whole family have switched to these straighteners, they are my first new pair for over 13 years.
First impression-impressed, my hair took at least half the time to straighten … long may they last. X

Portable hair straighter useless as it doesn't charge

I bought a portable hair straighter for my daughter for Christmas and she tried to charge it for the first time after the battery ran out.
The hair straighter didn't take a charge and I tried multiple power adaptors and still it did not take a charge.
I emailed customer service and I have not received any response for any help or guidance.
