Been waiting for my shirt to come still no email about it and it has been 2 weeks

Poor service. No communication been waiting weeks for sweatshirt and no one bothers to reply to any emails. Big scam of a company avoid at all costs. Will be pressing this further through bank.

An order put in on the 19th August 2023 €140 worth of items, all I got was order waiting fullfillment, not one email reply so far , still noting to date , If noting within the next 2 weeks I am contacting bank and will be filing a report with my local police station.
A simple email for re assurance is all I’m waiting for.

If i could give 0 stars i would. 12 weeks later and still no sign of my order. No replies through emails. Only twitter msgs to be pawned off over and over again with excuses. I would advise everyone to stay away from them.

Nearly one month ago I ordered a Republic Of Ireland shirt and since I have not received any information or update on the delivery. I have emailed, called the supplied phone number and messaged them on Instagram and still no response from retroshirts. I should have read the reviews before hand to be fair, absolute chancers. Even if it's not a scam, rubbish customer service, actually it's just non existent. Wouldn't bother with them.

I ordered a retro Celtic Jacket on the 8th of June well aware it would take around 6 weeks till delivery. I still haven't recieved my order and I am getting no reply to any emails I send. I am extremely disappointed and think I have been scammed. I will be reporting to my bank as fraud. Do not order from this site!!! Update: I have just had an email saying my top will be delivered this week by Wednesday at the latest there had been issues with the shipping and the owner had covid. Will update again when order has arrived

Ordered a shirt for an older friend who’s not too into online shopping but accidentally used his wrong email address but the correct delivery address. Got an order number but 40 days later and no sign of any shirt and no response to three emails asking to correct email address or at very least advise on ETA.
Going to advise all the supporters and supporters clubs I know not to go anywhere near them. Shocking service!
Godaddy hosted site and sales platform, so reckon it’s a bloke in his bedroom fronting orders that he subsequently makes to a production facility elsewhere.

Update: the shirt arrived today. 7 weeks from the order date so in fairness I’ve updated the review but it’s still one star for the overall experience. Especially the lack of any kind of response to the repeated emails.

Ordered a shirt on 13th May, and despite several emails and a phone call, I still don't have the shirt. This was supposed to have been part of my sons 21st birthday presents. I fear he will be 22 before I see it. They tried to tell me that the parcel had been picked up and Signed for at my local post office. However, this was actually two shirts my son ordered AFTER I had ordered the first one. Obviously they had trouble recognising one ordered by a woman and one ordered by a man. Two very distinctly different names. I would not order from this company again and certainly would not recommend anyone else to do so.

Basically not responding and not received my good. I will be contacting my credit card Company. Basically a rip off... Go no where near this site!!

UPDATE my top arrived today...a month late but it did turn up so not a scam, just not great at customer care yet! If theyccan getcbetter at eelivering the goods they may be a success DO NOT buy from this so called company -still waiting on a present for my husband, contacted them several times, still no top over 2 months now, they take your money then nothing

Ordered a top as a Christmas present months before December yet still waiting and any email sent to try and get this shirt has been ignored extremely poor and irritating

I ordered 2 shirts to the value of £69.98 on the 13/9 and have recieved no items or response to recent efforts to chase this up. This was for a birthday gift which has came and gone. Extremely disappointed with this sites customer service. £70 Is a hell of alot of money to just lose.

My items have been shipped

I have had no reply to my emails enquiring about the shirt I paid for. I have waited over 6 weeks and still the shirt hasnt arrived. This is a complete joke of a site

I have bought numerous tops from this company and never had any issue, once got a top I wasent happy with and was refunded no questions asked. I find that they respond to emails promptly, very trustable.

I parted with £37.98 on the 28th of January for my retro Rangers shirt, well aware that I’d be waiting 4-6 weeks. It has now passed deadline day!

Normally, I’d allow another 5-7 days, but my emails are bouncing back, and I’m not at all pleased.

I don’t know if I’m getting my shirt, or if there’s a chance to be reimbursed. I write this review in the hope it’s seen by the company. If not then I’d STRONGLY urge anyone thinking of parting with their hard earned money to reconsider.

Eventually did receive item asked for updates but email knocked back from there supplied email only way I got get a response was from this negative review. Not exactly best customer service.
