Place an order, they take your money, then nothing...... Email after email, no reply, no telephone number. Scam website.

Update..order says:
"If you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at hello @ hotfuel.co.uk"
And..
"We will notify you when it has been sent"
Both are untrue statements.
Goods did arrive, but no communication after payment. No tracking on standard delivery.

Jacket arrived within the stipulated time frame and the size is perfect. Highly recommended!

love the jackets, my only issue is the long wait to actually receive them, takes about 3-4 weeks to arrive depending on where you live.

I purchased a jacket on December 7th and received a notification on December 9th stating the package was "en route." However, there have been no updates since then. When I checked the tracking information, it only shows "Your package is waiting to be picked up by the carrier."

After waiting a week, I sent an email to Retroracingf1 on December 16th asking them to investigate what happened to my package and whether it would arrive on time, especially considering their website advertises "FREE Air Shipping 5/7 Days." I received no response. I followed up with another email on December 18th, but again, there was no reply.

I should have checked Trustpilot before making this purchase. I do not recommend buying from this company unless you have considerable patience and are prepared for potential delays and poor customer service.

Suite à une erreur de ma part lors de ma commande , je voulais un blouson Mercedes et j’en avais 2 dans le panier dans 2 taille différente
J’ai demandé la rectification de la taille pour le deuxième et éventuellement un autre modèle pour ne pas avoir les deux mêmes
La taille à bien été modifié mais pour le deuxième c’est le même mais c’est pas grave car les blousons sont toujours au top

It came a lot later than the estimated data of delivery (like 8days ). Despite that, the fabric is quality material and the jacket fits as I imagined it. Overall I'm happy with what I got. Merci retro racing.

la coupe du blouson est un simple, a part ca le produit semble conforme a la description. A voir avec l'usage.

Nous n'avons pas reçu le colis. Après l'envoi d'un deuxième mail et 15 jours après l'achat, j'apprends que le colis est perdu et qu'on m'en renvoie un donc encore 10 jours minimum d'attente ( si toutefois je le reçois)
Finalement obligé de demander le remboursement que j'ai reçu, donc 20 jours de perdu...

I ordered my jacket 9 days ago and it has not been shipped yet. I wrote numerous letters to them and i havent gotten a response. This is the last way i know how to get theyr atenttion.

Took a while to get to me, I was a bit nervous 😂. I received the package and the item is as described 😎🏆🏁🏁🏁. I would go a size up for the slightly oversized look. I got my true size and it's bit on the smaller side

Je n’ai malheureusement pas finalisé d’achat avec le site car les délais étaient trop longs. Cependant, le service client est ultra réactif, on m’a pris en charge, annulé et remboursé ma commande en deux jours, et tout ça avec compréhension, politesse et sympathie !

I bought a jacket a week ago and I still haven't received it and according to the website the package hasn't even moved. With an announcement of 5-7 days for delivery, I find that a bit rubbish.
