Would have given 0 stars if it was an option.
I bought this table last July and over the last few weeks this has started not to work. I plug it in and the start up music plays but the screen is blank.
I contacted Arcade1 and explained the situation and gave them all of the information they requested. They then advised before they sent out a new replacement, that I needed to rip off the serial number to prove it wasn’t functioning, which I did.
They have now told me that this isn’t covered by warranty and that I can have a replacement at a cost for $300 for the smaller one that sits on the table. This isn’t what I purchased and would have much preferred it they offered to fix the table rather than me now having to throw it out after costing me £800 and now not being able to use it in just over 12 months. Do not buy this table unless you want to waste your money !!!

J’ai enfin reçu la commande.
Il y a eu un problème au niveau du bordereau. Mais je dois tout de même signaler qu’il est difficile de vous contacter que ce soit par mail ou téléphone…
Bon mon problème a été résolu du coup je vous dit quand même merci

Commande soit disant envoyé le 30 septembre 2025. Nous sommes le 13 octobre 2025 toujours rien reçu.
Plusieurs mails envoyés, aucune réponse…

J avais commandé une borne d arcade chez Amazon, et j ai eu une panne de joystick, Amazon n a pu me proposer que de reprendre ma borne de plus de 40 kilos (hahaha ... euh non ). Alors que arcade 1 up m a tout de suite proposé des séries de vidéos pour corriger le problème et plus .... bref problème résolu, et geek heureuse.

J aime trop les produits arcade 1 up, c est du bonheur pur, un sav europe en Italie genial et des bornes ou table très robustes. Super

La recreativa impresiona por su tamaño, es muy bonita. Los 4 juegos que contiene son clasicazos que da justo jugar en esta pantalla. Lo único que el plástico de protección no es fácil de quitar sin que queden restos en los bordes.
Muy satisfecho con la compra.

I have not recived my order I placed 1 month ago. I have contacted customer service multiple times and can not get a response. I am disappointed with the service I received. I have not gotten my arcade machine that I paid hundreds of euro for. I want to be contacted.

Great Arcades and fast delivery

I received the product as mentioned in the website! I got an email in the exact same day of the order, asking to confirm the address. The product arrived even earlier than what was inittialy programmed. And it is a very good quality product. The assembly instructions are very easy to follow. I am very happy with the gaming experience.
