Good product but I did have to pay tarriffs that were around $80, so that was unfortunate although I know it’s not the companies fault

Hi Chantell,
I apologise that a review invitation was sent to you when your order had been cancelled. Our review invitation emails are automatically sent by TrustPilot, however, we have worked with them to stop this happening in the future.
I also apologise that you're order had to, unfortunately, be cancelled. However, we did cancel and refund your money within an hour of the order being placed and hope that our speed and efficiency in getting your refund back to you was satisfactory.
Many thanks

A very satisfied customer.
I ordered a pair of Armani Jeans for my husband. He had been looking for this particular style for a long time. He is a size 28 and could not find this size. I found it on Retro Designer Wear at an amazing price. Half price. The jeans arrived very quickly and Retro Designer Wear’s handling of the order and communication exceeded my expectations. Will order from them again. Fabulous offers on their site.

Hi Kimberley,
I'm so sorry to hear you haven't had a great experience with us. I have looked into your order and can confirm you placed your order on a Friday at 8pm at night.
Our express delivery is for 'next working day'. Therefore the order must be placed before 3pm Monday-Thursday as our couriers do not deliver at the weekend. This is stated on our product pages and in our delivery policy. However, as it was Easter weekend, it is common practice for couriers not to be working on Easter Monday. As a result, your product was delivered to you on the following Tuesday which was the next working day.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us via email: contact@retrodesignerwear.com
Many thanks
