Retro Designer Wear Arvostelua

Very slow delivery 🚚

I didn't select next day delivery but I received the item next day. Great communication. Great item. First class service.

Highly recommend these guys first time I have used them and quality and service was far and beyond will definitely be using them again .

Friendly, efficient service. Helped with delivery. Highly recommended

Bought a Vivienne Westwood bag that fell apart on its first outing. Returned and was given a full refund. Excellent service. Will buy from them again

Speedy delivery

Great shop excellent customer service, came from York to visit family went into Retro loved the shop definitely recommend shopping at Retro.

Fantastic family business. I bought a RL sweater for my son. They had no issues refunding me. Great communication by phone. Lovely people! Will definitely buy from again. Thank you!

Bought a Neil Barrett T Shirt for a substantial sum of money. Washed the product twice and the print started to peel away. It made me question the authenticity of the product - when trying to contact their customer service team, my 6 / 7 emails have gone unanswered. I will not be purchasing again.

Great to deal with

Trainers ok. Only thing is I bought these white mallet trainers 2 weeks ago and payed £190 for the but the back ankle has already caved in.
Not to happy with that. But the trainers are nice and the delivery time was good.

Excellent customer service.
Quick delivery times and all round nice people to deal with.
Highly recommended.

Shirt was delivered within the time expected and when the shirt was returned, due to being too large, the refund was dealt with very quickly.

The shop and also online service is excellent, purchased a few items of versace items and bang on at great prices

Great service as always, whether that be in store or online. I've been shopping with retro for 30 years. A great family business!!!

First thought a great site having what I wanted they failed me massively

I did not get them they took them and stole them and I never got proved this and they refused this and won’t help so that’s my first and last time ever use again will report to the police they are thieves

They profess to have checked I have evidence to show they are liars and thieves I would advice DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM YOU WILL NOT GET IT THEN YOU WILL BE OUT OF POCKET I LOST ALMOST £300 I will never use company should not be allowed to be existing the better business bureau have been told I believe they already also know about them…. Says everything doesn’t it

Ordered for the first time from Retro very impressed with the service and the next day delivery.
Very happy with my purchase definitely be ordering from them, Spoken to Sarah very helpfull and polite, highly recommended Retro👍

If there was a choice for more than 5 stars I would have given more. I ordered online not knowing they are based in Scotland, I live in Essex and my item arrived after two days and I was notified every step of the way, good quality jeans as you would expect from a certain brand. I also did not know they are an independent family run business. So if you’re fortunate to be able to treat yourself every now and then I highly recommend using this company. I will do for sure.

Having bought some quality clothing on Monday 6.5.24 I had to return to exchange for other sizes. Extremely happy with with the service and the staff. Nothing was too much bother. Nothing but praise for Retro.
