Our team at Resume Writing Group puts a lot of effort and passion into every resume we write. Unfortunately, this customer was determined to be unsatisfied from the very beginning and refused all of our efforts to help her.

Every resume we write includes free unlimited revisions for 30 days. The customer refused this offer for additional assistance. Even worse, she hasn't even tried using the resume we created for her.

The format we created for her is not outdated. It was designed to help her get past ATS. Our team advised her on multiple occasions that the resume has to be compliant with ATS (Applicant Tracking Software) or it won't get any responses from employers.

When we created a first draft for the client, it was two pages long. This was because the client's work experience required it to be two pages to fit all of the information comfortably. We advised the client that if she wanted a one-page resume, it would require removing some of her experience to make everything fit in a format that is actually readable. The client continued to insist that we cut the resume down to one page despite our advice. So, we cut the resume down to one page and then she immediately told us that we shouldn't have eliminated some of her work experience. As we previously advised the client, it was not possible to fit 10+ years of experience on a single page.

There was not a single error in the resume that we prepared for the client. Multiple members of our team with over 40 years of combined experience crafting professional resumes reviewed the resume we created for her - not one error. On top of this, here is a list of the actual errors from the client's original resume that we fixed:
-Missing punctuation
-Incorrect use of tense
-Passive sentence construction
-Dates listed incorrectly
-Orphaned words
-Outdated double-column layout that wasn't compliant with ATS
-Wasted page space
-Contact info listed incorrectly

In total, we corrected over 50 issues with the client's original resume. We even offer a 45-day money-back guarantee to which the customer refused to take part in. I'm not sure how else we could have helped this person.

If your goal is to get a great resume that actually works, our team at Resume Writing Group has been crafting resumes for over 20 years and averages a 98.4% success rate for getting our clients hired. If you actually want to get hired, we're here to help!

At Resume Writing Group, customer service and communication are our top priorities. That's why we offer phone, email, live chat, and ticket communication with all of our customers. I'm not sure there is another company in the industry that comes anywhere close to our level of communication.

In this situation, the client did a 30-minute phone consultation with his writer. The writer who worked on his project has more than 20 years of experience crafting professional resumes. She fixed dozens of grammatical, formatting, and styling issues with the client's original resume. She also ensured the new resume was ATS-compliant. He also spent a significant amount of time on the phone discussing his project with our client services manager.

After receiving the new resume, the client was offered free unlimited revisions for 30 days if he wanted anything changed. To this date, he has not asked us for any changes, so we don't understand why he is now stating the communication is horrible and he doesn't like his resume if he wasn't even willing to reach out to let us know what he didn't like.

Our promise to all of our clients remains the same:
1. Free unlimited revisions if you want anything changed
2. Unlimited communication with a USA-based, in-house writer with extensive experience
3. 45-Day Money-Back Guarantee if you're not hired using the new resume

If this client wants to take advantage of our 30-day revision policy, he is certainly welcome to do so.

Our team at Resume Writing Group has been successfully crafting resumes for over 20+ years, and we average a 98.4% success rate for getting our clients hired. Although we try to make sure everyone has a great experience with 24/7 customer service via phone, live chat, and email, it is not always possible to please every customer.

In this instance, the customer ordered our services two years ago. She asked for one small change to the resume, which we promptly made for her. We then didn't hear from her for eight+ months. Our money-back guarantee must be claimed within 90 days, which we feel is already pretty generous. In certain instances, we're willing to make an exception, but we can't extend the guarantee forever.

After reviewing the resume our writer put together for the client, we're even more confused by the client's dissatisfaction. We fixed dozens of grammatical errors on her original resume, completely rewrote all of her content, developed a new ATS-compliant format, and ensured the resume met all modern standards.

At the end of the day, we're the only company that offers a money-back guarantee, free unlimited revisions for 30 days, and entirely in-house, USA-based writers. Our team has successfully helped over 150,000 people get hired; and we do our best to help every client.

We were disappointed to read this customer's review given that we went out of our way to help her with her Federal Government resume project and provided a significantly improved resume for her.

The customer has only had her resume for two weeks, our money-back guarantee stipulates you have to try getting hired for at least 45 days because Federal agencies are required to review applications for a minimum of 30 days before making a decision about who to hire. We have followed up with the client and advised her that she needs to give it the minimum amount of time before requesting a refund.

We were also surprised to read this review because the customer reached out to our team and specifically told us how much she liked the new resume and approved the final draft, so we do not understand why she is no longer satisfied. If there is something the customer wants changed, we offer free unlimited revisions for 30 days, so she is welcome to reach out to us anytime and request a change if there is something she doesn't like...

I personally took the time, along with one of my senior writers, to compare the resume we wrote to the customer's original resume; not only did our team fix over 50 separate grammatical errors, we also fixed issues with styling, formatting, missing keywords, and improper sentence structure. The errors we fixed on the customer's original resume included incorrect use of tense, missing punctuation, incorrect capitalization, fragmented sentences, incorrect conjugation, run-on sentences, and passive sentence construction.

Based on our extraordinarily thorough writing process, we were able to make improvements to the customer's resume that will help her every time she applies for a position.

Again, if there is something the customer doesn't like, she is welcome to reach out for a free revision anytime.

Copy and paste of an email we sent to the client 20 days ago advising her she could ask for revisions at any time:

"Hi Tori,

We're happy to make adjustments for you at no additional cost. Please login to your account when you have time and click on the Contact Your Writer button. From there, please let your writer know about anything you don't like. However, please note that the Federal Government does require us to use a specific layout for the information.

Sincerely,
Ryan - Senior Writer & Client Services Manager

We have now sent the customer another email advising her that she is welcome to ask for changes and letting her know she does need to wait at least 45 days for our guarantee. I'm not sure how we could provide better service than offering to make changes for free, repeatedly following up with the customer (even outside of normal business hours and on weekends), and asking multiple times what we can do to help.
