Resume Writing Group Arvostelua

They were very helpful and understanding with me. They are very skilled at making a rough resume shine with the information I sent in. I would recommend their services to anyone and have told others about the web site.

I had a great chat with Ryan on a couple of occasions. He was very friendly, easy to understand, and knowledgeable! Honestly, it was such a pleasure to chat with him; he is why I gave you my business over the competitors. After a bit of a technical hiccup, he straightened everything out with absolutely NO effort on my part.

The Resume Writing Group is quick in response, efficient, helpful and produce a great product.
I highly recommend this service.

The majority of the resume was written by AI, although they ensured that a real person would be writing the resume. It was pronounced when I first reviewed the resume with all the AI embellishing words. I spoke to Ryan at the company, and he swore I was wrong and AI was not used. So then I put it in a program I use for work, and 1/2 of the resume was AI-generated. Do not use this site if you want a real person with real words to write your resume. Any employer would catch this immediately. I could have put it in AI myself if that was what I was looking for.

I'm really not an individual who utilizes superlatives when offering a rating for an organization or individual. I believe these organizations and/or individuals present their own superlatives through their performance. With this being the case, I feel very delighted to set aside my "usual" considerations and offer ResumeWritersGroup the highest accolades I have to present in support of their incredibly stellar work with me. Not only was Ryan so patiently willing to offer continuous service responses to my concerns about a resume and cover letter, but he seemed to joyfully do so within an incredibly professional manner so that I felt as if I was connecting with a close friend. And then .... I can only offer additional superlatives for Amy B. -- the individual who put together my new resume and cover letter from the older templates I have previously utilized but felt were too outdated to reuse. So, in short .... I can only attest to my experience with ResumeWritersGroup -- which has been so rewarding. I now feel I have the ability to offer my resume to any employer ... and am certain they will appreciate the professionalism of the offered cover letter and resume. In addition, I really believe that the expense I assumed in utilizing the services of ResumeWritersGroup has been very fair, indeed, based on the rapid turn-around of my order from date of submission to the date that I received the completed work. So, the two individuals with ResumeWritersGroup I've experienced .... I truly believe I have been very, very fortunate in utilizing ResumeWritersGroup!

Trustworthy, of Great Help, Support, and Timing;

Thank You !

HORRIBLE COMPANY. They do not treat you like a paying client and work with you. They are generic and have horrible customer service. You need to stay on top of them

EDIT: I didn’t know they didn’t receive the resume because no one contacted me. I write full details and attached a resume and cover letter so clearly their website is unreliable. And their customer service is horrible considering no one followed up after days of me patiently waiting. I also asked several questions before paying for the service and not once was informed all communications would be done via their website. They are not a company that works directly with the client. When my concerns were raised, I was told I need to be accountable for not checking their website because they sent me a “live chat.” Anyone who has ever worked with clients, knows to take ownership for THEIR part and the confusion THEY caused and then promise to deliver as oppose to assigning blame. This is not a company that works closely or directly with their clients. And prior to me paying for the services, Ryan was emailing me and calling me constantly. After I paid for the service, they put my account on hold and just waited for me to realize and somehow know all communication will be done through the website. They don’t care once they make the sale

The company was great and my resume looked great.

Work with me through the process

I have a lot to say on my resume but can't pair it down to an easy to read format and limited amount of words. So, that's why I hired Resume Writing Service, and did a Fantastic job!

The job markets these days are wild. This I knew. So, when I went looking for a resume building service, I knew I wanted something that would give me any edge to stand out. Cue Resume Writing Group. They took my wants and needs and built me a beautiful resume. At the time I didn't know it but fast forward a year or so and I was in an office position, where I was put in charge of hiring, off of indeed. Let me tell you, Indeed resumes just don't cut it. After looking at literally thousands of resumes and learning how they look to employers (me in this case) I figured out very quickly why my old indeed resume wasn't getting me the jobs I wanted. With this new knowledge, I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that having a resume professionally tailored will not only help applicants stand out more it will make them look more professional as well! The resume writing group gave me quick and solid service, not to mention follow up service a year later! I have nothing but good things to say and we all need that extra help these days. It is absolutely worth the cost.

1st time using a resume writing service and it's been great. Searched a few services and found this to be the best. Called and listened to everything I said about my previous jobs and added my past job as I described it. Also added a cover letter which was great and I've never had one before so was excited about that also. Recommended this group to a few other's from the company that let us go so hoping they get in contact soon. Loved it so much and decided to have you also revamp my LinkedIn profile so did that also. I appreciate Ryan for contacting me and listening and having the team produce and resume like I've never had before. Thanks again for everything.

I generally don't write reviews but I was so unhappy with the service I received I had to write this in hopes that it saves someone else $200.

The only good part about my experience was that I called them, and even though I didn't leave a message, I received a return call quickly. I discussed what I was looking for (combining 2 resumes into 1) and was told they could do that. Well they did but it was subpar. Only only real work they did was formatting my resume, and not doing much with the content. It actually feels like they just ran it through ChapGPT b/c the resume they gave me is not better than what I provided to them.

I called both numbers and both numbers appeared to be disconnected. I chatted them via their website and was told I could only communicate with them via their website, and they could not call me back. I sent messages through their portal, with specific questions. They questions weren't answered / there was no discussion, they performed simple updates and set it back to me. I'm so frustrated with their service, or lack thereof.

My recommendation: find another company, especially at their rates.

The writers walk you through this process and produced excelent results!

It was really easy and I liked my new resume.

This company gives first rate assistance and proven results! I was very pleased with the ongoing support and customer satisfaction that I received when I had my Resume constructed!

Excellent work on my resume! I was very impressed with the wording and attention to detail. Steve had written my husband's resume a couple of weeks ago and we loved his so much that we signed up with Steve again to write mine! I know I won't have any trouble finding a job with this resume! Thank you!

Don't use this company! I could not find a way to cancel this subscription, and I never agreed to have this company bill my credit card monthly. I needed a one-time service. I could have used AI and received cheaper and better results. I finally reported the billing as fraud and complained to the BBB.

The personal experience, Ryan listened to me and assured me that my resume would look professional.

The person that wrote my resume had no concept of what a mortgage closer is. They used sensationalized verbage such as "Spearheaded audits...", I did not spearhead anything in that particular role, and added a skill set I used at only 1 job to every job list on my resume. Again no concept of what a mortgage closer does. It was a complete waste of $150 and I have to now write my own resume. Do not recommend.
