I am not happy and disappointed to my last time appointment.
I recently had a distressing experience at Results Laser Clinic Epping that I feel compelled to share.
The girl was not did properly my laser at Epping Clinic.I had an appointment for half legs , Brazilian, underarms and Chin.She supposed to be take 30 minutes to get the job done, but she finished it between 8-9 minutes
.I called to the head office and was told them. They said that you have to wait for a week , if your hair will not fall down, call us after a week.I called them again after a week and explained them hair are not falling down yet. I had another treatment scheduled 21st November.
I went there yesterday and the girls said , not you don’t have any miss spots, looks ok , even they did not check it properly.When I said to them , I had 2 sessions before , after that my hair was startled falling down after a week, then they asking me after how long you had a last session, I said I don’t remember, I think I had my first session after 30 days and second was after 60 days, then they said that you not taking sessions consistently that why this time hair is not falling down, when I just left the clinic and checked when was my last appointment then I realised that my past 2 sessions were also after 60 days .Again yesterday I called to the head office and was told them, they were saying something different, seems like they were making excuses, they did not accept their mistake.
As a loyal customer who has been to this clinic multiple times, this experience was disheartening. I expected better treatment.Unfortunately I still have got another 9 sessions with them and feeling , I am wasting my money.
There are more good options than this:(

Worst quality service & customer service
I understand that the goal of every business is to make profit. But to make profits you need to have customers. If you cannot keep your customers happy, eventually you lose them and your business. It's ok for the company to cancel the appointment anytime but there is no flexibility about renewing expired treatment/refund when the fault is coming from the company because of their "strick" no refund/renewal policies. I think that's a lot of BS when your customers already paid for the services they never and will never receive.

Amazing cosmetic nurse!

Totally disappointed as they won’t send…
Totally disappointed as they won’t send frequent reminders about the package expiring and charge you to pay for the appointment. I would recommend not to visit Result laser clinic and call centre people won’t listen to your point. They will stick to one statement “we can’t do anything” that’s so ridiculous.

Do not go here…
I was there on Friday and for some reason they swapped out my regular therapist for Amanda - this is the same lady I found out from head office that sold me a package that was more expensive and something I told her I didn’t want not but she sold it to me anyway, without my consent. I have always had a peel put on for 3mins she only done 2mins. I’m still waiting on 1 micro to be refunded and 3 LEDs

Mixed Experience at Result Clinic Australia Eastgardens
My recent visit to Result Clinic Australia Eastgardens for a promotional facial treatment, acquired upon spending $200, presented a mix of positive and negative aspects.
Despite having a scheduled appointment at 4:30 PM, I found myself waiting for half an hour before the therapist was available. Upon her arrival, she apologized for running late and explained that due to the clinic closing at 5 PM, she would not be able to perform the facial treatment on that day. While I appreciated the apology, I was left feeling frustrated by the lack of proactive communication that could have allowed me to reschedule without enduring the extended wait.
Although the therapist did offer to reschedule my appointment for a more convenient time, the initial inconvenience and time wasted left me somewhat dissatisfied. While her apology was appreciated and acknowledged, the overall experience was marred by the initial delay and inability to receive the service as planned.
In conclusion, my visit to Result Clinic Australia Eastgardens had its shortcomings in terms of time management and communication. While the therapist's apology was a positive gesture, the inconvenience caused by the delay and inability to receive the treatment as scheduled left room for improvement in ensuring a smoother customer experience.

Brazillian Laser is so worth it!
I had my 2nd session last weekend, and so far the result is impressive. The hair growth is so much thinner and you can really see the hair falling off after few days. I’m a hairy person and with this improvement down there, it’s definitely worth the pain!
