I need to take back my criticism of Restural that I posted yesterday. I was frustrated with the unit not working properly but it turns out that it was my fault. First I was trying to change it with the battery pack plugged into the mat, but it needs to be unplugged to charge properly. And secondly it was only running a few seconds before shutting off. This was because I was putting my compression socked feet on the mat ( it had worked one time so after that I just figured that it was faulty) but when I put my bare feet on the mat it worked perfectly. So I must apologize for my original comment that I had made. It works just fine and it was my fault that it wasn’t.

The problem is the return policy. While they say they will refund, no questions asked, they don’t respond when returning. They ship from Rancho Cordova, California, with headquarters in Wyoming but require return shipping to Europe which is very expensive! In addition to the lack of response once requesting a refund. Very poor customer service.to the day no one responded and we didn’t get our money back. Also they advertise it for essential tremors, yet the device clearly states it’s for people after stoke.
Be carful! This is frodulant!

My partner had a stroke and this product claims to fix foot drop. It does not. I suspect it's benefits are negligible for any of the claims on the website. Don't waste your money.

Unable to try the glove on my affected hand using my good hand. I’m still waiting for my friends assistance to try for the first time. But I doubt that it will be beneficial even after I get the glove properly mounted.

I was unsure off the pad,, I’ve been using it twice a day for about two weeks and I’ve been getting great results..my balance is much better..my walking is more stable..I have Parkinson’s and my steps aren’t freezing as much..thanks

Order this little foot message mat called restural for my dad as he is dealing with Parkinson’s and diabetic for so long ! Also neorologist said he had past symptoms of stroke in past 5 years , and hes not walking much around now days ! Im practicing ones a day and for him to feel the electrical shock need to be on setting 4-5 ! I dont know if thats gonna help or not, but for me I am septic about !

Evidently the parts for this drop foot thing were not all packed. I have written the company several times asking about 'pins' to no avail. I want to ship it back for a refund because I am tired of messing around with them. It took 2 months to receive it and then I don't have all the parts.

My wife fell and severely fractured her left hip. The night after hip replacement surgery, she suffered a significant stroke. She has been doing physical therapy, however I have been looking for anything to help her to get her ability back to walk confidently again. I found Restural on Facebook. She has been using it regularly and believes that it is definitely aiding in her ability to walk again.

I am planning on beginning to use it myself.

It does exactly as stated!! When I first got it, charged the little controller and turned it on... it shocked me - not bad but it sure made me jump!! :-) I was very leery of putting my feet on it but I took the chance. IT IS AMAZING AND I LOVE IT!!! I am having a great time trying all the different levels and using it several times a day. I strongly recommend it to anyone who is recovering from a stroke, has feet problems.... and especially those who stand up most of the time. I simply love it!!!

Got a unit that didn't work. After waiting a long time they sent a replacement that didn't work so I didn't report it to them and gave up.

Doesn’t work for me…should have known better than to order offInstagram post.

A little spendy for a 10 minute session , but if you can afford it, it's well worth it.
I had bad issues with my side and hips they ached all the time. I had recently had a stroke and I can barely walk and had constant pain. I still struggle walking, but I haven't had any pain since, and that was over 2 months ago.

You are an awful company that sells a product that is not manufactured well. You do not stand by the product. The company knows the product will eventually break, which is why the warranty is 30 days. The company is a fraud. The product could be great if it were of better quality.

This is a huge scam.. this is nothing more than a foot massager at it states on the box and you can buy the same product on eBay for 7.00 free shipping
Just a cheap Chinese crap preying on desperate people.. no medical evidence whatsoever that this works

I had very high hopes just on what I had read from people in my MS group who had purchased one. But holy smokes, I felt better after my first try and it keeps getting better. I can stand without tipping over, I don't get as many leg cramps anymore and my overall walking has improved.

I bought Foot Device and a Knee Device on 8/9/2025. I received the Foot Device but never received the Knee Device. Restural asked for feedback but they never posted it or responded with a Thank You or anything else. Restural isn’t going to be a business who will be a business for very much longer. I see why.

The unit stopped working in approximately 1 month. Got no support. Saying out of 30 day warranty period. They buy cheap Chinese knock offs and upsell them. Do not buy from Restural

Obviously from the other reviews, this company is disreputable. Same issue. Stopped working, called them, told me I wasn't using correctly. Tried again still didnt work. Ask them for replacement and then said out of warranty. Bait and switch. Dont buy from Restural!
