Great staff member

There was initially a problem with my order but Joe Garcia took care of it. You are lucky to have a staff member like Joe to see everything through. Great job!

disappointed

Two candles were delivered to the how broken in the box. Can you send a new package of the Euro-Venetian candles? We have been wanting these for a long time and to finally have ordered them and then to receive them broken is extremely sad. I'm hoping you can help.

Exactly what I wanted.

They are exactly what I wanted to use as drinking cups. They came in without any problems. Nothing broke. Great buy.

Very happy.

I was very pleased with my purchase. I ordered the product on a Monday and it arrived two days later in perfect condition. I will definitely order again from this company.

First Encounter

You did a good job of shipping. FedX did a bad job of delivering. 1 pkg arrived taped from every angle, with clear wear marks resembling a dog attack. I hope the FedX guy was OK.

Wonderful customer service

I ordered from Restaurant Supply, and realized shortly after that it was the wrong thing! Now they are super fast and promised shipment if the order was made before 5pm...I made the order at 4:15pm...I immediately emailed and called leaving a message...thinking I wouldn't get to cancel In time. The got back to me within 15 minutes! I may not have actually gotten an order this time, but I will definitely order from them in the future! Great customer service, super fast response to emails and really friendly! I would recommend ordering from them for sure!

Very happy

The local restaurant supply store was very expensive for the whisk I needed, almost $35. I found this one and shipped to my store it was $12 cheaper than the local place! It was promptly shipped! The only thing I would have liked to see is a packing slip because as the GM I need a receipt or packing slip to be reimbursed for the item.

I was informed from our Fed-Ex department that there is a blue label on the outside of box, this is the packing slip. There is nothing inside paper wise with the order.
