I never received my order or a return phone call or email response. I wouldn't recommend this company. Not sure it's even a real company

Pam, we spoke on the phone and, as I mentioned to you we are shipping you a new order today, even though the one we already sent has not gotten back to our warehouse. As I also explained, you entered a totally wrong ship to address in the order, that's why the order got lost.

We may not be a large corporation but we are a real company. You can check the Florida Department of Corporations for Dolphin Online Inc, or over 90 positive customer reviews on this board that prove it.

I received my order very quickly and …

I received my order very quickly and that was surprising conciderating the date down the line they have given me. Very happy with my purchase but I have not used them,will use them at the end of the this month for my event.

Forage cap

The forage cap I bought was flimsy and hard to adjust although for the price of 100 was fair.

I do not like calling a place of …

I do not like calling a place of business and always get voicemail. I had to leave more than one message. The response calling back was I felt a long time and in doing so received the item I could not use.

David, we are not a big corporation and the couple of reps we have on the phone are almost all the time on the phone busy with a customer (as important as you). Calls go to VM and we call back.

The first time we spoke with you, you requested to know a spec about the product. We placed a request with the manufacturer with the inquiry and had to wait for them to get back to us. During that time, you called us and ordered the product over the phone. You said you would not wait to know about the request and took a chance and ordered the product. After we shipped the product that day, you call and asked us not to ship it. We cannot stop and order that's out in the hands of the shipping carrier.

We are making arrangements for you to send the product back and refund your money.

I recieved the wrong item i reviewed …

I recieved the wrong item i reviewed this company and then recieved an email from a guy named Joe stating that they apologize for shipping wrong item that they were short handed for the holiday. Ok i understand that. He went on saying that i will refunded the monies i paid and they will still send me what i ordered. Ok sounds great right! Well that was 3 weeks ago NO REDUND AND NO PRODUCT. But. FED EX Was at my house like 3 days after his email to pick up the wrong item sent to me? So not only am i out what i ordered im out the money i paid. Again i called 3 times and left several emails and haven't heard anything back.....

(((((BUYER BEWARE)))) CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS....
