Top-notch customer service from Ebba. She resolved my issue quickly. The Space projection Light is wonderful.

Quick service, super good customer support, and the order matched expectation. Long delivery time is the only negative, but it was stated at the time of ordering, so no negative surprise.

The spotlights I purchased are fantastic. They illuminate my garden beautifully and are very easy to adjust. The brightness is just right, and they add a nice ambiance to my outdoor space. Delivery was fast and the quality is top-notch.

The tabletop fire place arrived quickly and it's just beautiful. Adds a warm touch to our space.

The wardrobe motion lights are convenient. Installation was easy and they work well.

It was exactly like the picture and I am very satisfied.

I ordered two table lamps, which were slightly delayed in shipping, but I was very happy when I received them.

The flameless candles are perfect for my living room. Love the ambiance they create without any mess.

Yet another Chinese company pretending to be a high end western company with false white customer reps. I bought the garden sphere lamps. They are significantly marking up their products. The quality you get, the packaging just doesn’t compare because they don’t put thought into their design. They don’t think about aesthetics, just how much money they can grab from you. Their lamps are at best $20, being sold for $200, then pretending to be on sale for a limited time for 50%. Lots of these scams lately. You do get a product but it feels cheap and might not last, and I’m out by $350. The problem is that these Chinese companies are greedy, always thinking of a way to cheat their way to profit. Worse is they have your personal data (name and address) at this point. If you saw this product - with no packaging, and a cheap ugly remote… you wouldn’t give it a thought, or it’s something you might buy it at a discount store.

This company is difficult to contact. It takes weeks and weeks before receiving the shipment. It looks like it is not Swedisch company due to the long delivery time.
You don't get the lamps (brands) that you think you buy!! It is brandless which doesn't show on the site.

When I paid the lamps and when they came at my address there was no invoice with the necessary paid VAT (BTW). As all corporates in The Netherlands must have invoices that include the separate paid VAT when you want to deduct it from you VAT tax. In other words:
- Avoid this site as the lamps are fake
- You don't receive invoice that you can use for tax autorities
- You have to wait 3/4 weeks for shipment
- You don't get any reaction on e-mails.

Ordered a "luminous elegance lamp" for $100. Arrived w/tracking as scheduled. LOVED it for about 2 weeks. Materials and design were wonderful. The fact that I could carry it around like a flashlight after charging made it super versatile. Unfortunately it stopped working correctly after about 2 weeks. Would shut off after about 3 minutes even if fully charged/plugged in. Contacted the company and sent them a short video as requested and they were good about sending me another one. This one lasted less than a week. They won't send me another one (and quite honestly do I need THREE broken lamps?). I wished they worked because i REALLY love the design and for me it would have been worth the price. But clearly they have a problem with quality control.

Skrækkeligt firma. Fik langt om længe mine 2 lamper, som slet ikke er af ordentlig kvalitet. Billige Kina lamper med gummibund, der smitter af. Den ene ubrugelig, da den er skæv, og den anden har slet ikke lovet brændetid. Ved reklamation nu 4 gange nægter de at betale returfragt (til Kina !!!!!), som de er forpligtet til. De har ikke svaret på mine sidste mails, så nu går jeg videre ad andre veje for at få mine penge retur.

Vi har bestilt og betalt for 2 lamper den 14.12.23 men har trods talrige henvendelser ikke modtaget nogen endnu???

Absolute garbage products. Fake website that pretends to be Swedish. Products are overpriced versions of other models from other sites. Terrible customer service. Save your money and AVOID.

Chinese company claiming to be based in Sweden.

They are heavily marking up cheap products. Notice how there is always a 50% off sale? The same products are probably worth 20 or 30 at best not 50% off of 200.) They don't honour defective goods rights.

They will ask you for a video, admit the defect but refuse to pay your return costs. They will ask you to pay shipping for the product all the way to China even if it is faulty.

Good luck getting a refund after being over £100+ out of pocket for a broken lamp!

The 5 star reviews here and on their site are faked. The customer service rep 'Elsa' appears to use an AI-generated photo and will just repeat the same false and misleading information at you.

Search for 'creative lighting Trustpilot' for more on their other 'brand' - same negative reviews for same company.

I recently bought four lamps for our patio table. One turned out to be faulty - I contacted Restaurant Lighting and once the problem was confirmed a replacement was sent. This arrived promptly and worked perfectly. The lamps that I bought seem to be good quality, have a nice weight and various light settings.

Have used them a few times now the order process is very smooth, deliveries are tracked and prompt.
Queries are pretty answered immediately & returns for faulty goods is quick and painless

Rigtig fin lampe der lyser godt. Dæmpefuntionen fungerer godt og god lang brændevin.
Vi modtog en defekt lampe først, men efter henvendelse til Restaurant Lightning fik vi en ny lampe tilsendt.
Rigtig god kundeservice.
