Richard Austin ,has a very friendly professional approach when dealing with my inquiry. I always felt safeguarded and never felt under pressure as Richard explained every detail , so I could make an informed decision.

My adviser was David La-Haye. I wanted to raise funds to help my two adult children and equity release was one option. Another option was via my pension pot and to cut a long story short he advised me against equity release in my situation after a review. He not only explained the equity release options but also explored my other options.
