Esperienza molto positiva: comunicazione perfetta e prezzi molto vantaggiosi !!! Consigliato

Comprado aparato a buen precio y recibido sin problema. Los plazos de entrega muy largos y la comunicación con la tienda inexistente.
Da un poco de miedo no recibir correo alguno.
Si mejorasen estos aspectos serían um cinco estrellas.

Don't order here. They are extremely bad. Incorrect products delivered. No respons to emails, phone calls, voice messages. It is a criminal scam, or it is being operated by someone with serious problems, or both.

Keine Kommunikation. Rücksendeunterlagen erst nach mehrfacher Anfrage und PayPal Konflikteröffnung. Bei der Erstattung das gleiche Prozedere. Zumindest Online nicht wieder. Ziemlich unseriös.

Comprei recentemente uma agulha, em promoção, para giradiscos, na Respect Phono. Efetuei o pagamento via PAYPAL. Consultado o site da loja verifiquei o estado da encomenda. Estava tudo conforme. Tinha lido algumas criticas preocupantes o que me alertou e preocupou! Contactei o vendedor por email, tendo obtido resposta logo no dia seguinte, pela manhã. Informou que iria fazer o envio e comunicar o número de rastreio. Assim foi. O número apareceu acrescentando à NOTA DE ENCOMENDA que verifiquei na minha página de cliente. De início apenas dava a criação do registo online. Após alguns dias fiz o acompanhamento diário. Não chegou no prazo previsto pela loja, (3 a 6 dias), demorou mais do dobro do tempo. A encomenda foi feita em 16.01.2025 com morada de Lisboa e a entrega foi no distrito do Porto a 03.02.2025. Tudo chegou bem, apesar do atraso que não atribuo ao vendedor. A minha única recomendação para compradores, é a de que façam o pagamento via PAYPAL. É um descanso. Qualquer problema o comprador, desde que comprove não ter recebido a encomenda, é ressarcido do valor pago.

Je rectifie mon avis, je n ai eu aucune communication de leur part mais j ai bien reçu la pièce aujourd hui donc le contrat est respecté. Il faudrait juste revoir vos méthode de communication qui peuvent inquiéter vos clients

I have to add my voice to what others have said in the past. I only wished I had read the reviews earlier. I don't know how they are handling their physical store, but they are terrible online. I ordered a cartridge, never received a confirmation e-mail, never received a status update e-mail and when I tried to contact them through their website form, I never received a reply either. To this day (15days since initial order) I have no idea what has happened to my order.

UPDATE: I had to move through PayPal to request a shipping tracking number which I received and then after a few days, also received my order. I have updated my rating to reflect that and all was well at the end, but I can't provide 5 stars when it's so difficult to understand if your order has been placed, shipped and when should be expected.

j ai commander 2 stylus grado red 3 il sont payer et impossible de les joindres j ai demander le remboursement pas de reponse je donne un conseil fuyer se site

I did an order, never received any confirmation. I wrote 3 email without any answer. Finally I had to open a claim via paypal to be reimbursed. Shame on you guys...

Do not order from them!! I ordered 16/01, the shipment left but tracking stopped at 17/01 at Frankfurt. I wrote 2 mails, no answer, called them, but you get an answering machine. This is crap! Either they are extremely arrogant or ignorant. Beter buy somewhere else.

Das Geschäft ist wohl nicht mehr existed, aber weiter online. Geld wird wohl kassiert, aber niemand kann telefonisch oder mit Emails erreicht werden. VORSICHT!!!!!

Ordered an item on their e-shop page 16/10 2023 .Received an invoice stating that my order was complete and will be send inn1-3 days with trekking . 3 email send to their advised email ,no answers, no email about parcel been send and no trekking number.
This attitude from this seller is totally unacceptable an indicate possible fraud !

Received a broken pair of grado rs1x. They didn't even bother to check the inside of the package.

Magasin efficace et sérieux. C’est sûr que vous n’avez pas 3 mails par jour mais le job est fait. Merci de m’avoir livré mes 2 Grado avant Noël et de m’avoir upgradé le GW100 en version « x« sans ne rien avoir demandé. Pour moi c’est un magasin sérieux chez qui je commanderai de nouveau et que je conseillerai autour de moi. Les énervés de la livraison express sont des râleurs qui doivent apprendre à patienter plutôt que de blesser d’honnêtes commerçants par des commentaires idiots (je fais référence à des commentaires lus). Merci à Respect Phono. Bonnes fêtes de fin d’année à toute l’équipe.

I ordered a product for the first time with Respect Phono. When the package arrived, I realized that I had ordered the wrong product (a one word difference in the product name). 14 days satisfied or reimbursed according to their site but they don't answer their mail nor the return form I filled out. I had to file a complaint with Paypal (which I luckily paid with) to get a return number and eventually my money back. It should be called DISrespect Phono!

He encargado cable y fuente de alimentación. Todo correcto. Buenos precios y envío rápido. Recomendable

Heureusement payée via Paypal qui m'a permis de faire une réclamation ! J'ai contacté le magasin par mail (au moins 5 et en allemand), par Messenger, FACEBOOK, via leur site et aucune réponse de leur part !!!!
