Danny at Resound is brilliant. Whenever I need advice on two-way radio solutions, he's the first person I call — and he never disappoints. He really knows his stuff and takes the time to understand what you actually need rather than just pushing a sale. Clear, honest, and genuinely helpful every single time. If your business relies on reliable communication kit, Danny is exactly the kind of person you want in your corner. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Would not recommend. Hearing aids are good, but the aftercare is rubbish. Can not talk to resound directly they say you have to go through an agent. It's been 3.5 weeks since aids have gone for repair with no updates.

Les meilleurs aides auditives toutes marques confondues. De tous les appareils auditifs testés, les prothèses auditives de la marque Resound procurent la meilleure écoute, en particulier dans les ambiances bruyantes avec un son doux et confortable que je ne retrouve pas dans les autres marques. En plus l'application smartphone fonctionne très bien. C'est la mieux notée ( par des milliers d'utilisateurs) sur les store Apple et google face à toutes les autres marques !!! Et ça démontre bien que mon avis est fondé ! Pour un des plus gros fabricant d'aides auditives au monde, je mets cet avis pour que Resound soit plus connu du grand public et surtout auprès des malentendants afin qu'ils ne passent pas à coté d'une amélioration optimum de leur audition.
J'ai utilisé plusieurs modèles pendant des années, j'en suis au modèle rechargeable Omnia RU 961, jamais de panne, produit fiable avec un son naturel d'une précision inattendue !!!!

We needed a really quick turnaround on a set of radio's, chargers, and a repeater. All other UK suppliers were giving a 6 month+ lead time on new Motorola kit.

Edward managed to source and supply a set of Motorola R7's and accessories within about 2 days.

Very pleased with the kit, great audio clarity and excellent range on the repeater.

ReSound viene presentata come la migliore Azienda del settore. In realtà, ed in pratica, le protesi, soggette a costanti e continui guasti, sono sempre in assistenza tecnica, con tempi di attesa lunghissimi, oltre un mese, e, quando tornano, sono mal funzionanti peggio di prima. Praticamente, da quando sono state acquistate, hanno funzionato solo i primi due mesi, a fronte di un prezzo non certo basso. Esempio: avevo segnalato il non funzionamento delle protesi, che, dopo essere state in assistenza per oltre un mese, sono tornate senza dare segni di vita, con grave imbarazzo del Distributore/Concessionario, che ha cercato, in modo tanto patetico quanto ridicolo, di giustificarne il non funzionamento, senza peraltro riuscire poi, ad ottenere, nei fatti, un risultato concreto: cioè il funzionamento regolare delle protesi. Risultato: convivo con una sola protesi, che funziona a singhiozzi, mentre dell’altra se ne sono perse le tracce. Inoltre non è possibile riuscire a entrare in contatto diretto con l’Assistenza Tecnica, poiché al centralino risponde vagamente, e superficialmente, un impiegato che non sa dare indicazioni precise, valide e risolutive, non essendo in un sufficiente grado di competenza. Conseguenza: vivo come se non avessi le protesi. Pertanto sconsiglio vivamente l’acquisto di protesi di questa tanto enfatizzata Azienda
