Resort Victory truly not saved us from a long-term financial trap. The timeshare payments were draining us. Now we can finally breathe again knowing it’s behind us.
We were pressured into upgrading our ownership during a presentation in Orlando and quickly realized we made a mistake. Resort Victory walked us through every step and stayed responsive whenever we had questions. The professionalism was outstanding.
WORST - LIARS - DECEPTIVE - MISLEADING - STAY AWAY!
We made a bad decision by getting into a timeshare and then our problems multiplied when this so called “Resort Victory” portrayed themselves as being able to help. The only thing they are helpful with is stealing your money.
First off, NONE of these reviews are from real people or real actual clients. I am in marketing and one of the ridiculous reviews says they are so great that now I am going to be a customer for life, uhm that’s not possible unless you continue buying timeshares for the rest of your life.
You know these reviews are utter bullsh$t because the sales guy will insist you take the time to read all their incredible reviews on Trustpilot. Hmm if this company is so good then their Google reviews should be filled of people signing their praises, but guess what, it’s not.
The people working for this company are unscrupulous - they will lie, they will say anything to get your money.
Do NOT pay any money to get out of your timeshare!
You can likely call the main resort and ask to return your deed but whatever you do, please do NOT trust this misleading horrendous company. Join a few Facebook groups of real timeshare owners to find out what others are doing to get out of theirs but don’t give one dollar to these thieves.
Resort Victory allowed us to have a great experience during our entire time with them. They stayed in contact with us, and kept us updated on everything. We thought it would be a long rigorous process for resolution, but through their dedication, we were able to resolve our case within a few months!
