I paid $4.50 dollars to do my resume…

I paid $4.50 dollars to do my resume which I was happy about. I got charged another $64.55 for something else. I'm trying to call customer service and there are no phone numbers anywhere. Had to call credit card company to dispute these charges!!!!!

UPDATE! After emailing customer service. They credited my account for $64.55 asap. No hassles. Thank you!

Thank you and glad you were happy with the resume! And happy we were able to quickly resolve your issue. For anyone reading the review, the extra charge was for the 3 month Career Copilot service the user had purchased accidentally. When we were made aware he didn't mean to purchase we promptly refunded!

Scam: Beware

I have uploaded a resume to the site and copy and pasted a job description. The resume generated was that same resume I have uploaded only retyped in a different format.

I paid for the 1 week membership, and never received an invoice or any email confirmation from resify.ai.

This site is a scam.

We take all user feedback very seriously, as we work incredibly hard to build a platform that genuinely helps job seekers.
We have thoroughly checked our database and payment records, and we have absolutely no record of an account, interaction, or purchase under your name or any similar details.

Furthermore, all of our transactions are securely processed through Stripe, an industry-leading merchant processor that automatically sends an invoice and email confirmation the moment a purchase is made. If a legitimate purchase had been made and you were unsatisfied for any reason, you would be fully covered by our generous, no-questions-asked refund policy outlined in our Terms of Service.

We take accusations of being a "scam" very seriously, especially given our excellent merchant reputation. If you genuinely used our platform, please reach out to us directly at hello@resify.ai with the email address you used to register, and we will investigate and resolve this immediately.
