Veyr smooth process from the viewing till the signing of the contract. I had Khurram as my property manager and was very helpful and supportive throughout my tenancy.

Very helpful staff. Thank you Paige Waller for always getting back to us very quickly.

The Greenwich team were outstanding. We chose JLL because Michael Chu has shown us some properties and remembered key details. When we came to sell, Cheryl remembered us buying the property 13 years before. John came to value it. Then Sam Palmer was our main contact. He was professional, efficient with excellent communication skills. Highly recommend.

We would like to thank Ru for her professional help in managing our property. She was very considerate and looked after our interests. Thanks Ru and your team!

Great response time from JLL and the team (Rugul). No complaints.

I’ve been really impressed with the support I received from Antonella Frate throughout my tenancy. She has always been responsive, professional, and patient in handling any issues that came up. Most recently, she went above and beyond in helping me resolve a difficult matter with the landlord, and thanks to her persistence we reached a fair outcome.

It makes such a difference to have an agent who communicates clearly, acts quickly, and genuinely cares about tenants as well as landlords. I can’t thank her enough for her help

I’d like to thank Ru at JLL for her excellent support for our renting. She was incredibly helpful in resolving both a dripping tap issue and a problem with our dishwasher. Ru acted quickly and professionally, helping us arrange the necessary contractors and ensuring the work was carried out smoothly. Her responsiveness and attention to detail made the process stress-free. We're really grateful for her support and would happily recommend her to others.

Really good company, Hannah Davis was my property manager, she has been a great help throughout my tenancy and resolved all the issues attentively and effectively. Highly recommend her and the company.

Dear JLL Team,

I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank your team for the professional and thoughtful support I have received during my rental process. In particular, I would like to highlight the outstanding work of my agent, Lucian, whose dedication and care made a real difference for me.

From the very beginning, Lucian has been incredibly responsive, patient, and attentive to all my needs and concerns. He not only guided me clearly through every step of the process but also provided solutions whenever challenges arose. His professionalism, efficiency, and kind attitude made what could have been a stressful journey into a smooth and reassuring experience.

I deeply appreciate his commitment, and I feel very lucky to have had his support. It is clear that Lucian not only represents the high standards of JLL but also brings genuine care and responsibility into his work.
