Abbiamo iniziato a utilizzare Reservio per snellire la gestione di alcuni corsi che proponiamo: ci troviamo molto bene, è intuitivo nella fase di settaggio e di utilizzo da parte dell'utente finale e sta semplificando il lavoro. Molto apprezzato anche l'attenzione verso il mondo non-profit attraverso la scontistica. Consigliato!

I was pleasantly surprised by how simple and user-friendly the app is.
Creating and managing reservations is truly easy and intuitive – everything can be handled in just a few clicks, without any unnecessary hassle.
Compared to other systems, I especially appreciate the overall look and feel of the app, as well as the customizable page that businesses can create. It looks modern, professional, and well-organized. It gives companies a representative space to share information about their classes and activities, while also allowing clients to sign up quickly and easily.
For me, it’s a great solution that combines functionality with thoughtful design – exactly what I value in today’s digital tools.

Having a platform that can be accessed and have people register for events allows us to determine numbers in advance to better prepare to provide the best experience we can to our attendees. Reservio lets us do this I just wish that the description of events was more front facing to the clients so they could see more info about what they are registering for.

Dance Studio Review
We used the standard version for booking private lessons during the last dance season. Administratively, it was very easy to use and set up. We have a number of teachers with different availability, and it was simple to enter the available times each month. Families also found it very easy to use, and it’s great that the system automatically emails appointment confirmations and reminders. This was our first time using an online booking system and we are very satisfied with our experience. We will definitely be using Reservio again next dance season.

Ils viennent de me prélever 108€ en prétextant que j'avais activé le renouvellement automatique lors de mon achat précédent, et que c'est ma faute car je n'ai pas répondu à leurs 2 e-mails de rappel (en hospitalisation depuis 3 semaines) ! C'est inadmissible! aucun recours ni bienveillance alors que j'ai souscris 6 abonnements depuis 2023 (300€)

Votre abonnement a été renouvelé conformément aux conditions initiales, incluant le renouvellement automatique et l’envoi de rappels par e-mail en amont. Dans vos échanges avec notre service client, il n’a pas été fait mention d’une hospitalisation ou d’un manque d’accès à un ordinateur — uniquement du fait que vous n’utilisez plus l’adresse e-mail liée à l’abonnement. Toutefois, il s’agit de la même adresse que vous avez utilisée pour communiquer avec nous et que vous aviez fournie lors de l’inscription.
Après avoir examiné attentivement votre dossier, nous devons confirmer qu’un remboursement ne peut pas être accordé. Nous comprenons que ce ne soit pas la réponse que vous espériez, mais restons à votre disposition pour vous aider à gérer votre abonnement à l’avenir.

I have been evaluating the software for…
I have been evaluating the software for our not-for-profit organisation and the experience so far has been excellent. I originally registered too early as we are a seasonal organisation so I used my trial too early. They were very kind and allowed me extra time. The software is necessarily quite complex, so I have been chatting with online support a lot, and they have always been very polite, prompt and most of all patient.

Do not recommend
I've been using Reservio for over 10 years. I do not recommend it and would switch to another appointment scheduler if it wouldn't require so much work. Their customer service is terrible and the product is glitchy.

J'utilise cette application depuis maintenant 3 ans et je déconseille fortement l'option paiement CB pour les clients surtout si vous ne voulez pas avoir de problèmes! Entre des bugs de réservations, des prélèvements CB clients en doublon voir 4! Et j'en passe

Una buona piattaforma per piccole associazioni
Siamo una piccola associazione e cercavamo un sistema che fosse semplice, per raccogliere le adesioni ai nostri eventi. Abbiamo usato altre piattaforme prima di arrivare a Reservio. Perciò eravamo un po' cauti nell'entusiamo. Invece è stata una piacevole scoperta.
I nostri soci e amici hanno trovato le modalità di iscrizione semplici e intuitive. Creare eventi è facile anche dalla applicazione. Gestire pochi collaboratori con eventi semplici come i nostri è possibile anche con un piano base.
Sicuramente ci sono ancora degli aspetti perfezionabili, per rendere lo strumento più personalizzabile, ma già così noi ci riteniamo soddisfattissimi.

seul bémol rencontré : problème de réservation rencontré avec les téléphones apple, lien d'activation du compte pour les clients jamais reçu ( SPAM vérifié) ou après X tentatives.

CLÁUSULAS ABUSIVAS, ENGANANDO O CONSUMIDOR
Eu estava usando o Reservio, mas decidi cancelar meu plano, afinal não usarei.
No site não tem a opção de cancelar porém quando abri minha assinatura falava "Seu plano termina em 29 de dezembro, 2023"
Pois bem, se não há opção de cancelar, e o plano TERMINA, pensei que deveria ser assim então que a plataforma funcionava.
Mas no dia 29 fui cobrada pela renovação, porém um valor que NUNCA paguei antes de R$ 474. Entrei em contato no mesmo dia mas não tive resposta. Hoje (02/01) consegui falar com uma atendente e ela me enviou um print dos termos em INGLÊS falando que não era possível. No site fala "Garantia de 15 dias de devolução do dinheiro" mas nesse termo EM INGLÊS diz que não é válido para renovação. Isso não está escrito no site por que? e por que não tem opção de cancelar então?
Só para enganar o consumidor! que vergonha!
Mesmo nos termos falando que pode haver exceções e que a decisão é da Reservio, não se importaram em reembolsar.
Pedi o reembolso e foi negado, um péssimo atendimento feito por Kristyna no suporte.
