Ich habe zu Weihnachten ein Hotel in Ägypten gebucht für Ostern. Bis heute habe ich weder ein Hotelvoucher noch eine Reservierungsnummer erhalten, Der Kundenservice beantwortet keine Emails und die deutsche Hotline ist selbst um 16 Uhr nicht besetzt.
Update: Ich habe einen Rückruf von Reserving bekommen und das Problem konnte geklärt werden.

No help from Reserving - lying about case
The room we had was wrong - at check in there was no employee qualified for the check in - so they gave us the wrong room - we booked a room with balcony - and a deluxe - but had a room without balcony and smaller - this platform didn’t help at all - the offers us a voucher on 25 $ for a booking at 600,- euro
This is the worst form of support I ever tried world wide and I have stayed and booked more tausend rooms

Ho appena effettuato una prenotazione tramite questo sito capitato per caso e che non conoscevo , per una struttura a Sperlonga molto bella , con un prezzo di per sé ottimo , ma obbligava a versare una caparra del 30% in anticipo ed essendo ancora un po’ lontano, preferisco sempre cancellazioni gratuite e pagamenti a ridosso del viaggio che non si sa mai..sulle varie piattaforme i prezzi rispetto a quello del loro sito addirittura raddoppiavano , se non triplicavano e stavo quasi abbandonando l’idea, senonché mi capita la prenotazione per questa struttura tramite questo sito..per scrupolo ho fatto una richiesta di disponibilità per confronto prezzi e sono rimasta sbalordita…non solo un prezzo inferiore alle altre piattaforme , ma addirittura ho risparmiato 70 euro rispetto al listino del residence..con pagamento in mese prima della partenza che è ad agosto , quindi metà luglio con cancellazione gratuita..ovviamente nei prossimi giorni contatterò la struttura anche perché devo chiedere delle informazioni di vario tipo..ma che dire , molto contenta e soddisfatta!!

Absolutamente defraudado por la escasa empatía por parte de Reserving a la hora de intentar facilitar una modificación de la reserva.
Esto es una nota añadida tras haber revisado Reserving el motivo por el que hemos valorado negativamente la experiencia con ellos: Como digo, después de haber revisado el caso (tras nuestra valoración negativa) os limitais a transmitirnos la información que ya conocemos (sin realmente preguntarme personalmente qué ha ocurrido). El intento de modificación que hicimos fue en las siguientes circunstancias: 1) tras confirmarnos el alojamiento (aquí sí nos atendieron personalmente) que ellos tenían disponibilidad de habitaciones para nuestras pretensiones; 2) tras sugerirnos con cierta seguridad el alojamiento que Reserving tenía la capacidad de modificar dicha reserva; 3) con un mes y medio de antelación con respecto a los días de reserva (es decir, con suficiente antelación como para que dicha reserva no les suponga una pérdida de potenciales otros clientes).
En fin, que la sensación final es que Reserving trata a sus clientes de una manera completamente automática, sin interesarse absolutamente nada por las circunstancias particulares de cada cliente (exactamente igual que ha ocurrido cuando habéis revisado el caso: habéis mirado la información, que ya teníais y que ya teníamos, y no habéis hecho nada más, que es lo que marca la diferencia).

Una vez recibida la información de la reserva hemos revisado detenidamente tu caso y, efectivamente, se trataba de una reserva en estudio para dos adultos con una tarifa no reembolsable (que no permite cambios ni anulaciones). A pesar de las condiciones de la tarifa, desde nuestro equipo se solicitó la modificación al proveedor para añadir a dos niños, pero lamentablemente no fue posible realizarla debido a las limitaciones de capacidad del alojamiento y a la política de la tarifa contratada.
Tal como se te informó, los estudios reservados tienen una capacidad máxima de 2 personas, por lo que no era viable alojar a cuatro personas en la misma unidad.
Desde Central de Reservas hicimos todas las gestiones posibles dentro de las condiciones contratadas, y lamentamos no haber podido ofrecer una solución más ajustada a tus necesidades en esta ocasión.
Agradecemos que nos hayas trasladado tu experiencia, ya que nos ayuda a seguir mejorando.

My reservation has been move me to another resort to confirm
I called them the answer was please give us time to talk to our supplier just give us few days we will fix
I keeps calling them for 3 weeks same answer
Now the same reservation is gonna cost me twice as much directly with the hotel because we are closer to the vacation date
This company is a scam

Onjuiste reclamepraktijk
Reserving geeft je automatisch bij een boeking een klein bedrag in je 'Wallet'. Dan gaan ze je op eigen initiatief per e-mail lastigvallen dat je nog saldo hebt en dat dat binnenkort komt te vervallen. Zónder knop om je uit te schrijven van dit soort mails/reclame. Ik heb zelfs nu al een followup e-mail van ze ontvangen omdat ik de vorige heb genegeerd.
