Sadly let down like everyone else and wished I read the reviews first
Don’t but from them
The bad reviews are all correct and good must be false
After taking my money they delivered incorrect colour and now have ignored all emails and what’s app messages
They never answer the phone and have rang every day for the last month

Customer service is terrible!

Delivered wrong goods, do not answer the phone or emails, will not provide tracking numbers.

They are so frustrating to deal with!

As with the majority of people i wish id read the reviews

What went wrong....is I never read the reviews of this supplier, before placing an order.
I placed an order which included a premium for next day delivery. Shortly after placing the order I realised I'd made a mistake, and that my builder had already sourced materials for the job. Therefore, subsequently the following day I phoned countless times to cancel the order....it just diverts to another phone number without any answer. Between my partner and I, we have tried 15-20 times and left many voicemails. Naturally we have also emailed the company on at least 5 occasions without reply.
Oh and just for good measure, the products weren't received the following day.
If only for a brief return phone call, or response to the many emails...how can I rate them anymore than a 1-star

Placed my order on a Sunday, by Tuesday I emailed for an update and didn't receive a reply, Wednesday I phoned and was given an update, that it would either be with me Thursday or Friday, I asked for the tracking number to be emailed through to me, which they said they would do, and I didn't receive it. The product turned up on Thursday afternoon, so good job I was in. I take it I was expected to wait in for two days. I have lots more to do, but doubt I will use this company again based on the Customer service and the poor process side of the set up. I hope you use this feedback to Improve as it does not take a lot for people to shop elsewhere after an experience like this.

Order not received wish I had checked reviews here first, maybe be one or two here saying they were satisfied but order at your own risk the rest are true, poor company with no communication at all

Read these reviews, shopped around and decided to take the risk. I mailed before hand enquiring about edging strips and called seeking reassurance. Both contacts answered promptly. Placed an order and surely enough 2/3 days later a pallet of goods was sitting on my drive. One bag of aggregate split losing half of it - at no fault of the supplier. All good - will use again

I was just about to place an order and thank god I read the reviews, I've half a dozen resin drives to do. And was going to place an order of around £7000
I read the reviews and thought I'd try to email.and call the company to make sure I wasn't going to be let down. And just like every review they wasn't wrong, tried calling this company 4 times a day for 6 days and sent at least 12 emails to get some sort of reassurance. Sorry to all the people that was let down but your reviews make sure people are safe from these scams.

Website is easy to navigate and ordering is simple. I am a builder but haven’t used resin that much, but after refusing a few requests from customers I thought I’d find a future supplier and after nagging from my wife to redo our patio we ordered from Resco. Order was done by Mrs just before bank holiday weekend had an order update but no delivery date , 10am this morning the surprise delivery arrived on a pallet, driver was helpful I signed for it and off he went , I stripped down the pallet and found a couple of aggregate bags were split and wet contacted Resco and within an hour Jacob had replied and organised 2 replacement bags. I hadn’t read reviews prior to ordering but I deal with lots of suppliers and to be fair this was sorted out quicker than most, so I will use them again and I would recommend.

I wish i had read the reviews before i placed my order.

1. Only part of my delivery came when it was due
2. No customer service-Phone just rings out and no reply to emails.
3. When i did get in touch with Jacob i was promised next day delivery for the remainder of my order but again it dindt show up until 4 days later.

All this was after i had paid the £149 next day delivery and rang their office 20 times + sent numerous emails all without any reply.

They just seem happy to take your money and basically ignore any delivery issues. I will never use again and would never reccomend anyone to do business with them.

something terrible, order placed on Thursday morning. Resin delivered on Friday but without aggregate and binding quartz . I was supposed to install on Saturday but I had to cancel the team .
I am trying to contact them to explain it but no response from them.
I don't know how to get my money back.

Company takes your money then does not reply to emails and does not answer phone. Total scam beware.

DIY installed Driveway
I am not going to lie .. I found the trust pilot reviews after placing my order ..and wondered if I had picked the wrong supplier? But I hadn't and my order was fulfilled quickly with no problems at all...phew! So buy with confidence ...below is a review I left on Resco Resins website ...
First time DIY install of my new Resco Resin driveway....all aggregate and resins were supplied quickly once ordered, useful website packed with information and everything you need to get the job done. I hired a forced action mixer and with my son's help we soon had the existing creteprint driveway Primed, and laid with slate grey resin bound aggregate. Really pleased with end result and yes resin driveways and paths are within reach of the DIYer !

I placed my order with a very helpful guy named Jacob, I then read the reviews here and thought I had been scammed. My fairly large order arrived by midday the following day, all present and correct. I think that this is a really good company to deal with and I certainly will be using them again. Please do not hesitate in using them and ignore all other negative reviews about this company.

only received the aggregate, no binder quartz, trims, or crushed glass ( which i had ordered)

promised delivery of the missing goods, which 8 days later have still not received. No answer on the phone system or email. chatbot just says it will be delivered monday but again no delivery. shame really as they look like a good company. Just cant understand why they would not send out the remaining items.

We are builders.
Well we open a trade account after placing some orders.
This company is extremely hard to get hold of.
We placed a order 3 weeks and and still not be delivered this means put client on hold.
I have now disputed are payment with the bank due to good not being send.
Overall I will never use this company again very unprofessional more like a scam company.

SCAM - No product delivered after purchase. No help or assistance as the Live Chat is an AI BOT that says you will be called back, same as the contact number. No emails get responded too, non-existent customer service.
