shocking quality and i ordered both in gold they gave me a helix in silver, i emailed them 3 times didn’t reply even though they have a guarantee. don’t buy from them

I contacted Rerajewels 5 minutes after the order to cancel the order since I made a mistake. Rera answered the email very late and didn't do anything to cancel the order instead they started shipment so I'm not getting my refund, the shipment started 12 hours after the order and there was way than more time to cancel the order. Also contacted them on instagram as well and they did not respond on insta. This is genuinely the worst dropshipper so far for me.

AVOID! Just awful . I paid extra for priority shipping. Took 4 days to ship and even longer to be delivered. Paid £29 for earrings and they came.in small plastic packets to be put together. The gift bag and packaging were nothing like it shows on the website. Very basic and cheap looking. One earring snapped while being put together.
Customer service is shocking. As someone else has stated they claim 4.5 stars on the website from trust pilot. Trust pilot need to look into that.
I really wish I had researched them better and not taken the 4.5 trust pilot rating as gospel. Lesson learnt.
I would give 0 stars if it was an option.

-wrong description of a lot of pieces (thickness/size)
-one item broke easily

Items took longer than expected to shop, asked for an update - they would check it up and get back to me. Never got back to me, items did arrive safely.

Thickness on a lot of pieces are wrong. Its regular earrings and not piercing thickness.
One piece broke, they said they would send me a new one even if I said I do not want it.
Asked for a refund, they haven't gotten back to me and are ignoring me

Rerajewels falsely claims on their website to have a 4.5 trustpilot rating. It's all just dropshipped products

It’s a storefront for drop shipped goods. They state on the website they are based in Europe, but goods are sent from elsewhere.
Don’t bother ordering from here, you can find the jewellery 10 times cheaper on multiple other sites.

I ordered in December on the 3rd and its been 10 months and still haven't gotten my package. they are frauds DO NOT BUY

I've ordered two different pieces of jewerly and they sent me the same item twice. Now they are not answering my emails.

EDIT : After some time and a couple exchanges with customer service, they did end up sending me the missing item twice!

About the jewelry quality, it looks alright but it's externally threaded, which is really not great.

All in all, it was somewhat frustrating to continuously reach out to them to find a solution, but in the end they did make it alright. The jewelry is cute and seems to hold up pretty well for now. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I think it shouldn't take this long to be able to communicate with clients and find a solution to the issue, and because the jewelry is externally threaded. Otherwise it's really not bad.

Ordered earrings and they arrived without the part that goes into your ear so essentially I just received cool decorations. No compensation for said error.

The first time I ordered earrings from your shop, everything was perfect. The quality was excellent, and the delivery to Ukraine took only 19 days.
However, with my second order, I received only two earrings instead of four, and they do not match the product photo at all. Furthermore, my phone number (or country code) was entered incorrectly, which made it impossible for me to track or pick up the package. It almost got sent back, and I nearly didn't receive it at all.
Please refund my money or send me the correct order.

Die Bestellung ist etwa einen Monat später angekommen. Zwar war der Schmuck (wie bei dem Preis erwartet) nicht allzu hochwertig aber völlig in Ordnung und alles war da. Ja, die Lieferzeit ist lang und ja man kann die Sendung nicht wirklich gut verfolgen aber letztendlich gibt es auf der Seite eine wirklich große Auswahl an schönen Schmuckstücken. Ich kann rera alles in allem empfehlen, auch wenn ich eine zweite Bestellung eher nicht nochmal aufgeben will.

I’ve cancelled my order in the next hour and wrote an email. Yet they proceed with my order, completely ignore the email although it’s been two days after I’ve sent it. Not recommended. Very poor support.
