Received lenses that were scratched

Placed an order on 2/28/2026. It is now 4/13. Still haven't received my order. I asked for a refund and was told that they couldn't issue a refund until shipping company declared that the shipment was lost. At the end of March, after many complaints, they shipped a second set. Haven't gotten them either. Do yourself a favor, if you are in the United States, there are much better choices than these folks.
