Is there was an option to give 10 stars this company would get them. I have been with them for approximately 6 years and the service has always been amazing. They have replaced 3 of my items without quibble. Repairs have been done really quickly when required. Just renewed my contract for another year and the price has remained the same again for yet another year. That's unusual for any company. The staff are a delight to talk to and extremely helpful. Thank you for all your help in the past. You make my life easy.

The grill element was falling down so…
The grill element was falling down so it was put back up by the engineer. As soon as we used the grill down it fell again. We were told if it did it again we had to put it back ourselves
