Their pricing was very clear and not charging for second visit call out as likely the engineer will have to come back with a right parts. Skilled engineer successfully change the parts and get my appliances going again.

I just used RepairAid for the first time today for a broken washing machine. Found them through the internet so thought I’d share a review for anyone else looking. I got an appointment quickly - within 48 hours whereas Bosch could only give me an appointment two weeks later. The engineer came on time and gave me a courtesy call about 20 minutes in advance to let me know he was on his way. Super polite, super knowledgable engineer, (Dien was his name) who explained why the machine kept tripping the electrics. Excellent service from both the ladies in the office and the engineer himself. I would definitely recommend them.

First, they answer the phone! This is not my usual experience - either it is impossible to phone a company or one is left hanging for an hour or so.
Then they efficiently take down all details and, unless it's a very busy period, give you an appointment the following day. If it is busy (Christmas, for example), it's about two days. When the engineer came to assess the fridge/freezer, which we were sure would have to be replaced, he not only found the fault quickly, but also cleaned out something in the back, leaving it working for the duration of the time it would take to get the necessary part. He explained clearly what was wrong. The office then rang me, I think twice, to let me know how their order was getting on - it came from Europe which slowed delivery.
Their charges are very reasonable and they are great to deal with.

This company has been used by my landlord for probably the past four years or so to repair all our appliances. They have been professional, on time, great at communication. Really happy with them.

Our 8 year old Bosch dishwasher was making dreadful gasping noises and had stopped working. The engineer from Repair Aid - I don't know his name, but he said he was originally from Bulgaria - was absolutely excellent. He fixed it and then tested it thoroughly - the whole visit was well over an hour but he did the job very well and it has been working perfectly since. I therefore consider the £100 call out charge reasonable in the circumstances, and I am very happy indeed with the very competent, professional and polite service that I received.

My cooker hood needed new parts.Repair Aid came out identified the fault and quoted identical price that manufactures quoted me(Good)

I ordered parts they visited a second time at no extra cost and resolved problem

They kept me updated and so overall I would recommend Repair Aid.

My dishwasher wasn't draining. I called Repair Aid and they sent someone out the same day. The dishwasher repair guy was very polite and friendly and sorted the problem. Knocked off 1 star in protest at 100 quid price for a call out. Otherwise all good.

My Dyson pure Air which i had from US had issues,
I had been struggling with Dyson company for the last 18 Months.
Finally i came across Repair aid and within a week it got collected and returned at a reasonable cost.
The staff and the delivery guys who collected and dropped it were excellent.

I have a daewoo 12 years old fridge freezer which started to slow down and consequently, the freezing temperature was very high. I could not find anyone who would be able to repair it, until I found Repair Aid London, who sent a very professional engineer who spotted the problem and solved it. Now, event at the lowest setting, the freezer is at -18 and the fridge at 5’. Very pleased with their service

Repair-aid was very easy to contact, the cost for the repair to my dishwasher was made completely clear, and a technician arrived and fixed the problem within two days

It was very simple to deal with repair-aid I broke my induction hob. They were able on the phone to identify my problem and sent me the repair quote by email on the same day.
They needed to order a very specific piece and informed me of the timeline I could expect. It was then reduced from 3weeks to 5 days abs I couldn’t be happier with the results.
Thanks team for solving this so quickly and sharing the invoice fast for me to deal with my insurance.

Warning, Repair Aid excessively overinflate the cost of the spare parts. Was quoted a price of £100 inc VAT as a flat rate plus the cost of any spares for a washing machine repair, seemed reasonable. Engineer came, very polite, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed within 15 minutes, have no problem with the £100 charge for that. However, the replacement carbon brushes he used were charged to me at £59.94 - the same ones can be bought on Amazon for £4.46 from the same company Electruepart. Whilst I would expect some mark up on the trade cost of the spares I find more than 12 times the retail cost to be excessive. I don't think most customers would think to ask the question about how much the cost of any spares used is inflated when booking an appointment with Repair Aid.

A hassle-free service that I have used twice now and would recommend.
