Rent My Home | Letting Agents Arvostelua

Mr Niraj Shah was great in helping us rent our first place! He quickly found us a suitable property and was quick to respond to any questions and offer advice.
Best letting agent in Leicester.

Niraj is a true professional and easy to work with.

Very professional, helpful and frendly 🙂

I recommend their service especially a person renting for the first time. Thanks to Mr Niraj Shah, made the process seamlessly.

I am new to this country and rent my home helped me to find a suitable property, Mr Niraj Shah was the property dealer who is so helpful and very professional. The process was entirely hazel free. I suggested this agency to my friends also.

Just renewed my contract for one year more. Have been living at Abbey House for 2 years now. Mr Shah has always been available to help me with any problems at my flat. Can recommend!

I can strongly recommend the agency, special Mr Niraj Shah. I got contract with them for 4 years and never got any problems.

A great agency to use very reliable and quick with responses. As it being my first time renting it’s been a good experience due to the support and guidance given, Niraj Shah has been great throughout the process with sorting out issues and keeping in contact and whenever I have had concerns he has been quick to respond and had the issues resolved in the nick of time. He is extremely polite and very good at his job, driven within a professional standard.

I have had a great experience and response from Niraj Shah at Reliance Properties.

He arranged for a new kitchen tap and got my broken shower door fixed really quickly after I reported these issues, thanks a lot for your help!

Best property Agency ever and that is undoubtedly Releince properties. I rented a house through Mr. Niraj Shah and trust me , he's very friendly, very particular and absolutely best property dealer. Just 1 call and you get solution to your problems. Although there were covid restrictions but still, following all the covids rules they gave us the best service without any compromise. Highly recommended . Thank you so much for your great service.

Man of his word!!! Mr Niraj Shah, very professional and friendly. Tiny bit of details are explained very well may it be about the property or anything related to help out with new tenancy. Reliable person to have on board especially if you are new to the country.

Mr. Niraj Shah was very supportive in quickly processing my application to rent a home in a very professional way.

Highly recommended

Me and my parents were renting out a house from Niraj Shah from Reliance Properties for over 4 years and never had trouble with anything, if we ever needed to solve a issue a single call was all we had to do to solve the problem, overall amazing service.

Thank you so much! They managed to get someone to come and fix my electricity on Christmas eve very quickly. I am very grateful for this as there was no heating, fridge freezer or
oven so it would have been very difficult to wait till after Christmas.
They was very nice and understanding even though I was very upset they reassured me they would do all they could and they got someone out fast.
The only downside of the situation is that I asked the men to wear a face mask in my flat as I am trying to be careful before Christmas but they declined and wouldn't wear them. Even though this wasn't great I am just thankful to them for coming out on Christmas eve so I can let that slide as I am just so happy it's fixed.

Elliott was really professional and helpfull. He did answer all my questions and was available 5or one of his colleagues) everytime I needed it.

I am grateful towards all the services i have received so far.I appreciate all the efforts👏

My partner and I have dealt with many different agencies but have never received such efficient service. Scott Cave, our agent, was EXCELLENT! Informed us of everything throughout the whole process and all of the ins and outs of the application. Very trustworthy - when he says he’ll get something done, he does exactly that and as quickly as possible - this has not been the case with many agents/agencies we have encountered, with some leaving us in the dark for weeks and prolonging the application process - we’ve also had one of the biggest agencies and their referencing team ask us for everything short of a DNA test - this was not the case with RentMyHome. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Scott. We highly recommend.

Very good agency in particular Mr Shah who is very reassuring in any arising situation, blessed with good understanding, kind and helpful in resolving issues. Will highly recommend.

Best agency that you can find. Always very helpful and professional. Special thanks to Elliott for always doing his best to resolve any ongoing issues and facing challenges. Would recommend to everybody!

Great agency, always helpful and quickly responding.
