Rent My Home | Letting Agents Arvostelua

Stunningly beautiful home (Falcon House, Hereford), lots of space downstairs and upstairs, perfect for any getaway. Exceptionally clean, lovely relaxing garden, short walk to the centre (about 15 minutes). Would recommend and would definitely return

I had a great experience renting from them, very professional and always quick to answer any queries.

Due to unforseen circumstances I had to leave early, Venita helped me enormously in finding a new tenant to takeover the lease.

The company is really doing their great job. Mr. Niraj is on the go to response and put action that make the tenant satisfied.

I am relocating from Australia, so securing a rental property for arrival was a critical part of the plan. Darby Fenton-Williams was super helpful in getting our application approved. She was very quick and responsive and really empathized with our situation. Thank you again Darby.

Alex Tartov has been most helpful with making the tenant registration process simple and straight forward. Thank you for all your assistance!

Staff are always attentive and helpful. Niraj Shah provided a great supportive and efficient service.

Rent my home company are very professional and I recommend them for anyone looking for a new home, I had a wonderful experience with their happy friendly staff

Mr Shah is helpful in getting the maintenance fixed quickly.

Thankyou Venita for your excellent service in helping me to move to a new home. The process was very quick and straight forward.I really appreciate that there was no delay in reply for my queries via email / phone.

Mr.Niraj Shah has been very helpful in sorting out the issues related to maintenance from the beginning of the tenancy period till now.He quickly responds to our emails and makes sure that the work is done in time.He is polite and professional.

I am a tenant, but in the past I have been a landlord. For the last six months Rent My Home has been providing exceptional service -- in particular Niraj.

Thank you for organising the remote viewing of the property, overcoming issues during the negotiation, professionally preparing the property and immediately resolving minor maintenance issues at check-in. As managing and letting agents for the properties in the building Rent My Home select compatible tenants and I have had no problems with neighbours.

Recently there have been two major issues. First, a breakdown of the lift needing major repairs; within eight hours of being notified a professional assessment was made and an appropriate repair team resolved the issue within 48 hours. Second, my fridge-freezer suddenly stopped working. Rent My Home was notified on Monday morning and delivery of a new unit was ready for Thursday. Considering that the landlord has to be involved, a white goods supplier with an available unit has to be found and delivery logistics organised on short notice, this was an exceptional feat -- a great job Niraj!

As a tenant I feel well served by Rent My Home and if I were ever to invest in property in Leicester I would surely ask them, as a landlord, to manage my lettings.

Mr.Niraj shah was amazing in understanding my circumstances and going above and beyond and sorted our problem . He quickly responded and resolved our issue in Nick of time and was very helpful throughout the process .

Always a pleasure to deal with Niraj and the team whenever they need appliances sorting out for their tenants and landlords. 👍🏻

I found a House with Rent my home.
Applied for it and signed the contract within one week.
it was very good and comfortable service.
Quick response and helpful people.
Thank you very much Venita for your help.

I had a viewing with Kristian on the 26th of July, it was exceptional felt like I was chatting with a very knowledgeable friend. The overall experience was amazing and I was sold on the flat .

I moved to the apartment more than 1 year ago and we have had a couple of issues with the flat that Niraj it’s been prompt on resolving.

Despite the fact that our rent it’s gone up compared to the first year, it’s been quite fair and I recommend the agency.

They are always ready to help. Raj in particular is an amazing part of the team. Alex as usual is professional and Debbie always reliable. Don't use anyone else. Their price is reasonable, guarantee rent and are reliable and accessible.

Great service from Venita. Always happy to help

This company has a diamond employee in the Leicester office called Niraj Shah, who, by some miracle, organised a replacement toilet to be delivered and fitted for me on a Saturday (19/11/22) within literally a few hours of my calling him. This issue had become urgent as no one else in the office had sorted this out over a period of weeks, despite the opening to the sewer pipe being exposed all that time. Niraj deserves a decent pay rise imo!
