Great company, would recommend
Hired a boat for a family of 4. Very clean. Video, written and verbal instructions on how to drive was useful! Good navigation system on board. Booked online with no issues. Great alternative to a bigger ferry and not much more expensive! Would recommend to everyone. Nicola from England.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We're so happy to hear that your experience was perfect.

Absolute aanrader!

Thanks so much for the fantastic review! We're thrilled to hear you had such a wonderful time on the water. It sounds like renting the 6-person boat for your group of four was a perfect choice—it's a great way to get some extra space to relax. We're glad you enjoyed the beautiful weather and took advantage of the opportunity to swim in the lake. We hope to welcome you back for another tour of Lake Garda soon!
Absolut unfreundlich
Absolut unfreundlich! Unbedingt meiden!

Dear Jessi,
Thank you for your review. I'm truly sorry for the frustrating and disrespectful experience you had with our team. I can only imagine how disappointing it was to drive two hours for a boat rental you had booked and confirmed, only to be met with a canceled reservation and unhelpful staff. The attitude you described is completely unacceptable, and I assure you it does not reflect the standard of service we strive to provide. I will be speaking with my team to ensure this kind of behavior never happens again.
The Booking and Refund Issue
We have investigated your booking and found the issue was an error on our end. Your reservation was accidentally canceled in our system, which is why your team couldn't find it. We have already contacted our developer to investigate what happened and to ensure this doesn't happen again.
Regarding your refund, we processed the cancellation of your payment at 5:28:24 PM. At 5:30 PM, while you were on the phone with our team member, we sent you an email with the details. Please check your bank statement; sometimes, instead of a credit appearing, the original debit is simply canceled out. This means you might not see a separate refund line item but rather the original transaction disappearing.
We understand this does not make up for your experience, but we hope you will give us another chance to provide you with the quality of service we are known for.
