Super happy with the sauna and the service. Would highly recommend. Great value for money and excellent communication.

The setup was quick and easy.
The people were very polite and explained how to use it.

We got the 2 person core and absolutely amazing we love it so much we honestly probably going to buy out at the end of our lease agreement.

Great product, efficient delivery. Thanks Darren and team.

Easy to deal with. Very helpful. Installation was swift and the guys so accommodating and friendly. We love our sauna.

Delivered earlier than expected. Looks great and loving having a little luxury in the evening.

Absolutely love that I can have an infra red sauna of my own for as little as $59 dollars a week!

Service and customer support are outstanding.

Customer experience second to none and the sauna itself is amazing.

I’m sleeping better, my chronic pain and inflammation is decreasing and my mental health has improved significantly.

The Team at Nook were amazing to deal with! Super professional and so friendly! No hassle installation! We are so excited with our sauna it is truly a game changer!!! I no longer need to book for a sauna I now have one in my own home!

So happy with our Sauna. Glad we picked the 2 person one. Very quick install :)

Absolutely thrilled with our new sauna. The team that Rent-A-Center were helpful and efficient. Plus the free install was fantastic. Follow-up service was also amazing. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t have been simpler dealing with these guys, completely seedless and an amazing product.

So far so good. Super easy to get it rented and they come and set it up for you, you do nothing but enjoy it. The team is lovely from customer service to the guys the set it up, to the people that check in later. I would totally recommend .

Terrific experience — service from beginning to end was excellent, no hassles at all, the product was of excellent quality and at the end of my rental period my deposit was back in my account within hours of the sauna being picked up.

Absolute fantastic customer service. Quick delivery and the setup time surprised me. 15 minutes after arrival everything was set up and ready to go. The sauna itself works flawlessly. Great concept for people not wanting to spend the money to buy a sauna and test if it's the right decision to have one at home.

Fast easy smooth delivery and installation..at no cost and the Sauna delivers...great product

Excellent service from the staff right from first call, very easy to work with from ordering right through to the home delivery and installation, which really helps. Very happy with with my purchase, Sauna is really easy to use and the added Bluetooth speakers make it easy to listen to a podcast or music as you go. Overall a wonderful experience from Nook. 5 stars

Very helpful company and loved their sauna. Thanks to aine for all her efforts and understanding in sorting out my queries with renting the sauna and the installation guys
Definitely recommend them

The process was super easy and the service we received was excellent.

We’re loving our sauna and would definitely recommend rent a sauna

Absolutely amazing! This sauna has been a total game changer for us. The whole process was seamless—from initial contact to delivery. Everything was fast and efficient. We didn’t pay a cent for delivery, and they even set it up at no extra cost. The product itself is incredible—our only regret is not getting it sooner

The team at Nook have been amazing, from regular contact pre-delivery to installation all team members were thorough & polite.

I rented the 2 person core sauna & loved it so much that we purchased it once the lease was finished. Cost effective to run, easy to clean & definitely a must in my nightly routine.

The rent to buy option offered by Nook is the perfect setup if you don't want to commit straight away, or if you don't have the full funds up front.

We are very happy with our new sauna. I wish we had got it sooner. The communication from the company was excellent. It turned up exactly when they said it would. The men who put it together were quick, neat and tidy and very polite. Could not be happier and we highly recommend them.
