Rent A Sauna Arvostelua

I have the 1 person Sauna and absolutely love it. I am 6 foot 3 and was a little worried that I’d be too big to be comfortable, but that is not the case at all. There is more than enough room. It heats up fast and holds the heat incredibly. The speakers are perfect, so I can listen to podcasts or even meditate in there, without overheating my phone. Then having the lights with different functions really does take it to the next level. It has become part of my daily routine and I feel so much better for it. I’m even sleeping better.
We had two very helpful people deliver and set it up. They were at my house less than half an hour and that included taking the time to explain all the features and answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this. The sauna, the service. Everything.

Great service, great communication. Quick and fast delivery and installation. Product is great. 😊

They guys are awesome! Great communication, delivery and install was easy and quick! Highly recommended!

Customer service has been amazing, super simple to organise installation and clear communication about delivery.
We are so happy with our sauna!

Great experience from word go. They communicated very well the process. Which was great. Installation guys where great. Sauna is amazing. Highly recommend 👌 👍

Rentasauna has been amazing to deal with, from my first online questions to installation of my sauna. All processes have been quick and efficient

Exceptional service and a great product.
Very responsive to any emails.
The Sauna is of great quality and
So easy too use.
Would highly recommend a Nook Sauna

I had a a great experience with Rent A Sauna, very grateful for the service, efficient service from the get go.. Installation guys were so professional, fast with no hassles at all. I would highly recommend Rent A Sauna. They are fair priced for a great product. Too many over priced saunas flooding the market, so your homework.

Absolutely love our Infared Sauna and is amazing quality. Was a smooth process to get it all set up and delivered as well.

This whole experience has honestly been exhausting and disappointing, and I truly regret choosing this company. I have paid over $4,000 for a sauna that is nowhere near worth that amount. The quality is extremely underwhelming, the sauna itself isn’t properly sealed when closed, so cold air comes through around the door. It feels cheaply made, and the display was installed incorrectly (though I never followed up on fixing this until now so no fault to Nook here). The contract process, in my experience, felt incredibly predatory. There is a minimum $999 buyout fee, and I was never clearly informed when I exceeded that amount. I ended up paying a significantly inflated price without transparency or proper communication. The customer service was the most frustrating part. There was little to no communication, my calls went unanswered & it felt like I was constantly chasing them and playing phone tag. I felt that unless you aggressively follow up, you’re left in the dark while invoices continue to arrive & the responses were always they can’t offer me anything bc of the contract. I now fully own the sauna and honestly, it’s been the biggest relief knowing I never have to deal with this again. This has been an expensive lesson & I hope anyone considering signing a contract with Nook Saunas takes the time to read reviews and understand exactly what theyre agreeing to

Our sauna got installed on Wednesday. we love the sauna and especially how hot it gets so you don't need to spend an hour in there to get the benefits. We were sweating from been in there after about 2 minutes and it only takes about 30minutes to heat up. So safe to say we love it so far ☺️ I can put in my favourite podcast with the Bluetooth.

We honestly use our Nook 2 Person Sauna every single day now. It’s become part of our post-workout ritual — train, sauna, reset. It heats up quickly, fits us both comfortably, and is the perfect way to unwind and recover.
Hands down one of the best things we’ve added to our home routine. Couldn’t imagine not having it now 🔥

Excellent communication, great customer service, great product
Highly recommend

Very happy with the sauna and even more happier with the process of getting it here and the 2 lads set it up really quick and were great to deal with, we got the single person sauna and it works a treat and we use it up to 5 days per week. Would highly recommend

Absolutely love my Sauna,it is everything that I had expected and more. Excellent Professional customer service from start to finish. Installation was super fast. Great instructions on use and extra tips. Very happy highly recommend 👌

Everything from enquiry to receiving the Sauna was so easy and for someone that has very little time between managing a company and five kids I need easy and fast . The Sauna it's self is the perfect size and easy to use and now I don't have to leave my home to attend the Sauna.

From first message to delivery day, the whole experience was seamless. Amazing communication, zero stress, and delivery was as easy as 1-2-Sauna! 🔥👏 Five stars all the way!

Loving our Nook Sauna! We've hired it initially to ensure we are happy before purchasing. The customer service is amazing, very responsive. We have used our sauna daily since receiving it. Life changer!

Great service and such an awesome, premium looking product (not to mention the health benefits!!) If you’re thinking about it, just do it, you won’t regret it.

Amazing sauna and service! So happy with our nook! Service was fantastic and super quick with installation. We love it.
