The letting process from beginning to end was fast and seamless. Carrie was really great help too and my partner was able to move into his ensuite room just in time. In one word, it was a wonderful experience.

My name is lee and I have currently just moved into a room with rentaroom. Their site was really easy to use and the staff are super responsive! I was homeless living on the streets and Carrie an Andy who dealt with me was so helpful and understanding and the turn around for me moving into the room was so quick! Have had quite a great experience with Rentaroom, from viewing, referencing and leading up to check in. My advise to anyone wishing to rent with rentaroom (which I am sure will be appreciated) is to be forthcoming and honest. Carrie from Rent a room helped me move in, and also helped with my friend. Even gave me a lift to my friend's room and then back to my room as I had no car. Issues have been documented and promised to be rectified soon

Floor should be more clean and cleaner should come at least once a week. Bedding is not ok I can't sleep properly. Can we change that please

One of the staff members has always gone above and beyond for me - Carrie. Whenever I've needed anything at all she has been there for me, from maintenance issues to rearranging and moving furniture which she really didn't need to do. I cant thank her enough, and she is a credit to rent a room.
