RentADrive.pt Arvostelua

I love that they waited patiently for me while my flight was delayed to make sure I had a car when I arrived in Madeira. It's like family.

Serviço rápido, atencioso e de excelente qualidade.

Everything worked just fine, RentaDrive folks are friendly, responsive, with good car fleet and straight forward procedures.

Recomendamos e voltaremos a usar numa futura viagem!

I am amazed by the experience, from the beginning the vehicle assigned to me was so clean and in perfect condition, there was no delay in delivery and they were always willing to help and facilitate the entire process. I would definitely recommend rent a drive, one of the best experiences

Excellent service, great communication, very friendly, flexible and customer centred.

We recently rented a small Kia from RentADrive.pt for a 7-day trip around Madeira, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, the process felt less like dealing with a company and more like borrowing a car from a good friend.

The employees were incredibly friendly, approachable, and making sure we had a seamless rental experience. Every question we had was answered with patience and clarity, making us feel completely at ease. Their attention to detail and customer care was outstanding.

Throughout our rental period, we stayed in touch with Nino via WhatsApp, which was incredibly convenient. Nino was not only helpful with any questions we had about the car but also gave us amazing tips on places to visit. His local recommendations truly enhanced our trip and made it even more memorable.

The car itself was in top condition—spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and a joy to drive. It was clear that RentADrive.pt takes great pride in their fleet, ensuring every vehicle is ready to meet the highest standards.

I don’t usually write reviews this long, but this experience deserves it. The combination of excellent service, personal touches, and a well-kept car made our trip stress-free and enjoyable. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again and wholeheartedly recommend RentADrive.pt to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly car rental service.

Outstanding!

These guys definitely know and love what they are doing! We had a Seat for 10 days, in excellent condition, clean and well-kept.
Handover at the airport was very welcoming, easy and professional, everything was explained and clear. The same for the returning: no issue at all, clear and friendly all the way. Thank you very much!

Thank you for the great experience 🙏 The car was cleaned and comfortable. We are grateful for all recommendations and the perfect service. For sure we will come back and recomend your service to our friends . We wish you all the best.

Great Service. Used their service 5 times already in Madeira, always first-rate service, with a smile. Definately my go-to choice! Pedro and the team rock!!!

Melhor empresa para alugar carro na Madeira!Comunicação fácil e simples e equipa extremamente simpática e acessível!!

we were supposed to return the car with 7 sections, we returned it with 6.8. They charged us 8.50 EUR for 0.2 liters of gasoline. They made us wait both when we received and returned the car. It is inconvenient to wait for something all the time.

Our host was very helpful . Pick up was easy

Sehr lockere und effektive Kommunikation, Übergabe Auto am Flughafen pünktlich, schnell und freundlich, ebenso die Abgabe! Das Auto neuwertig und sehr gut ausgestattet. RentADrive empfehle ich.

100% satisfied. Fully recommended.
If you want a stress free car rental in Madeira don't look anywhere else.
Super cooperative and helpful guys! Thanks for all the easy communications.
Our car (Mazda 2 Hybrid) is the best choice for Madeira steep and narrow roads. Car was handled to us in top condition and on time.

Good quality car at competitive price. Excellent customer service provided.

Amazing clear service
Highly recommend

Doskonały kontakt z firmą, minimum formalności. Polecam wynajem samochodu przez RentADrive.pt
