Really helpful online advice follow ups to check my skin before prescribing the serum. Product arrived quickly and well packaged and so far I love it great on my skin no adverse reactions and lovely serum.

I have to say i ordered with a little trepidation as I've tried so many others.
I am really glad i did, i have noticed a difference almost immediately

Had an offer from them through ocado online shopping.. Purchased the night active treatment for around £5.. I didn't realise that I had signed into a monthly subscription.. Another tube of cream arrived this morning and they had taken £29.99 from my bank account.. I have tried several times to log into my account. They keep saying that they have sent an email through with a link so I can get onto the site and cancel the subscription.. I am getting no emails!! I have now had to contact my bank to cancel the subscription.. Not happy. Feel its a bit of a con!!

Was a bit sceptical of this but I’m glad it’s proved me wrong , has noticeably improved my skin in a multiple ways , improved my breakouts , reduced my sun sports and feels great finished the first 3 weeks hopefully will continue with my next month

I am almost finished my first month and i love this treatment it has made a big difference to my skin my face is so much better and im waiting for second delivery it’s been a great journey so far

I was skeptical at first, lots of hype on the internet but I decided to try and I was not disappointed. I can see differences in my skin tone and how glowing my skin in! Very happy!

Fantastic product, leaves my skin feeling soft and looking refreshed. Less is definitely more only need a small amount of product. Would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their skin.

I’m familiar with retinol as I’ve used it in the past and I have a set skincare routine for daytime. However since using the nighttime cream my skin has become so delicate and I got burnt on my cheeks.
I tried using it a couple nights a week but that didn’t help neither.

Stated using this product and within a few days my skin had gone exceptionally dry and was flaking under my make up. This is not something I have ever had a problem with and left me very self conscious. When i tried to apply any moisturiser my skin was stinging and was very sore and red. I had to stop wearing any make up. I explained all of this in my cancellation and I was still sent another tube, which I don’t dare use. I’m still struggling with dry skin a few weeks later.

The cream is easy to apply and a decent price, but not sure if my skin is transformed in any way? It does feel smooth and fine lines are not obvious, which for a 62 year old is a win.

Really good product am noticing changes to my skin it’s looking better and I’m getting my glow back. The delivery is quick and it’s easy to use the right amount each night. 😀

Still very much watching and observing but I really do not see any changes from the skincare I currently use. However perhaps using the next few months will make a difference.

I wouldn’t recommend this company. This company has the worst cancellation system I’ve ever used. I’ve received more product, a product I didn’t want more of,which they have charged full price for. They bombarded me with adverts to get sucked in, but then can’t leave.

Excellent service. After finding it difficult to cancel on the website an email to customer services sorted everything out for me immediately. The best customer service I’ve ever received (Remi). Product is great but not something I needed at present.

I was signed up for a subscription without my permission and I don't like this happening so I will not be continuing with this company.

I’ve been using my personalised treatment from Renew + Me for about 5 months now, and it’s been… steady.

It’s a strong formula, and my skin felt that early on. There was a bit of dryness at the start, then things levelled out, I also wouldn’t say I’ve seen dramatic changes.
My skin looks consistent. It feels maintained. Not worse, not transformed.
I think this is one of those treatments where you either stay the course for stability or push a bit further. I’m leaning towards going slightly stronger after summer to see if I can get more visible progress.
