Workmanship was good but communcation and follow ups were poor

I had my solar and batteries installed at the end of May. Had some issues with the app and managing the system. Took a few days to resolve. The installation works were good but communication is a bit poor. Would have rated them higher but they don't seem to communicate well especially on Whatsapp.
Another issue was the delay in getting the distributor to change my cofiguration to get our FIT. Waited for a month and nothing happened. Had to call up my power supplier and distributor, they told me the paper work wasn't submitted. Contacted Renewable Solar and took a few goes before they did it, with minimal responses.
Workmanship is great, communication and after care is poor.

We recently had solar panels and a battery installed at our home. Zach and the team were fantastic. Zach went above and visited my parents house to provide guidance on their system. Thanks Zach and the Renewable Solar team
