Rene Plumbing & Heating Ltd Arvostelua

Happy with customer experience throughout. Thank you

No complaints , Pleasant friendly engineer, seemed very professional , and also followed the guide lines re Covid ..

Very good advice and service, would definitely recommend.

The engineer's name is Guss and he always explains exactly what he's doing and how everything works.
We have used Rene several times now, and we're always completely satified.

The service was excellent. Engineer polite, was very good with Cov-19 protocols, keeping distance, changing gloves and ensure his mask is on all the time.
Very knowledgable and intelligent.

this is the third time he has been here and everytime hes come been very helpful and thorough this time very cautious about coronavirus disease had a questionnaire befour he came in sanitised everything he touched before he left

Poor workmanship and did not honour their work. Part failed in well under a year and I was then told they 'only give a 3 month warranty' (despite consumer law requiring at least 12 months) Go elsewhere as these people are not to be trusted based upon my experience. ***UPDATE*** Rene Plumbing and Heating have a TERRIBLE reputation in the area. Avoid them!

Gus was very friendly and helpful and took the time to explain all the aspects of the service report. Thank you.

I found the engineer very polite and answered any questions I had.also he explained the works that were carried out.

Very satisfied with our annual service visit. Your engineer was prompt, polite and thorough and took great care with distancing as well. He was very keen that we knew what he was doing and was happy to answer questions and advise us about use of the system, placement of CO alarm etc. Please pass on our thanks.

I would like to say I was very impressed by Gus from Rene.  He was very through, informative, professional, knowledgeable and careful in these covid times. He is a great asset to their company.

Great service and very knowledgeable.

Polite and helpful. Did a great job.

Corgi annual service very thorough and well-explained by Gus.
Small fault rectified same afternoon.
Couldn't ask for better.

Overall service very good only draw back is am or pm time
Would be better if it was a 2 hour slot.

Amazing service from start to finish - I rang in an emergency with water pouring out of a pipe so was really stressed and they made me feel calm, fixed everything and made sure everything was safe. Really thorough and also super careful given the current COVID circumstances with gloves, masks and antibacterial wipes. Will be calling again the next time we need anything sorting.

Usual polite, careful contractor. Came on time and completed the work while maintaining safe distance. Happy to have him do work for us.
