Great response from the tech support group
Great response from the support group. Great followup due to our call being dropped. I have owned System Mechanic for over 10 years and have been very happy with the performance of the software. Their USTechSupport division performs just as well.

Kirby Is fantastic
Kirby Is fantastic. Figured it out and fixed it with a driver update. I spent 2 hours trying. Kirby fixed it in 20 min.
They make it look easy. I learn something every time I use US Tech Support.

He quickly fixed my issues giving me peace of mind.
He quickly solved my problem, which removed my stress. I was very worried it could be a hardware issue, like a bad mouse chip (had troubleshooted all my USB ports and tried many different mice. The computer is fairly new, and I was worried I would have to ship it off for repairs.
