Absolutely excellent service. James kept in touch prior to move and always answered promptly any queries I had. The guys that came were friendly, professional and very efficient and hardworking. The price was very competitive. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending.

I organised a team with Removal Squad at short notice, on the morning of Wed 16th June. The team were with me by late Friday afternoon on the 18th - to move a heavy glass desktop from the loft office to the floor below.

Communications with head office via WhatsApp were quick and seamless. The team themselves were just great. Juan Manuel, CJ & Francis arrived at my front door with big smiles, a handshake and a personal introduction from each. They took their shoes off without even asking, before going upstairs. They were quick, careful and professional. All three men were a credit to their employer.

If you are looking for movers…or carriers….you need look no further than the team at Removal Squad.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Super efficient service, straightforward fair pricing. Manuel & Minhaz were both brilliant with my move from Surrey to Scotland, very cheerful, positive and efficient. Taking the stress out of the move. I will highly recommend to friends.

Removals Squad made my move so much easier, especially when I made a mistake with the booking date and James was able to still move me the following day, easing my stress! Noori, the removals man was fantastic. Polite, thorough and professional. All my belongings were moved carefully and without rushing. I would definitely recommend Removals Squad to anyone who is doing a small move or a much larger move.

The company was helpful from the first phone call. They suggested booking slots for the tip and the number of trips that may be required. The crew arrived on time. Professionall and friendly crew. Worked quickly. Went above and beyond to complete the assignment within the booked time-frame. No tea breaks were taken 😄.i am very happy with the end to end service.

Had an amazing experience with the Removal Squad team. From my first conversation with James all follow-up questions/queries were addressed extremely promptly by him or Shak, always polite and professional. Such easy communication via WhatsApp!

There was a little hiccup with the timing and the app didn’t track the ETA but Abdy and Zik arrived at the original scheduled time.

They worked so hard to move my furniture and belongings into storage and went patiently above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly. They also wrapped up my 50inch TV with the bubble wrap and cardboard that I supplied to ensure it was safely transported.

They both had such a positive attitude despite all the heavy lifting and were lovely company. I felt so comfortable and cared for with both of them and deeply appreciate everything they did for me including giving me a ride to the storage unit.

I was a little apprehensive at the start as it was my first experience using a removal company and I’m so glad I chose Removal Squad, will definitely be using their services again.
