In my opinion, the website creates a misleading impression of the products being sold. Many listings prominently use official manufacturer model numbers (Samsung, LG, Panasonic and others), display what appear to be genuine manufacturer product images, and advertise large discounts from inflated "original" prices. This presentation can easily lead consumers to believe they are purchasing genuine OEM remotes at discounted prices.
Only after raising concerns did the company acknowledge that the images on their website may not accurately represent the product supplied and that it may not have been sufficiently clear that the product was a compatible replacement rather than a genuine manufacturer remote.
That admission alone speaks volumes.
There is nothing wrong with selling compatible replacement remotes. The problem is when the product presentation creates expectations that the actual product does not meet. Consumers should not have to discover this only after the item arrives.
What made the experience even worse was the amount of time spent in an endless troubleshooting cycle. Despite repeated testing and detailed explanations, the discussion never addressed the real issue—the difference between what was presented on the website and what was actually supplied. Instead, the focus remained on more tests while the underlying concern was avoided.
The resolution offered was a small partial refund that did not reflect the nature of the complaint.
I encourage anyone considering purchasing from this website to examine the listings very carefully. Don't assume that the product images, official model numbers, crossed-out "original" prices or marketing claims mean you are buying a genuine manufacturer's product. Obtain written confirmation before purchasing if originality matters to you.
Based on my experience, I have lost confidence in this retailer's advertising practices and cannot recommend them.
