Marcus and Ben take all the difficulties out of what can be I guess a very tedious task. I have to admit this is the 3rd or 4th time working with Marcus and the experience has always been so smooth. Well informed, polite and very quick. Always at the other end of a phone if you have any questions and always helps. Can't rate them highly enough. I would recommend them to anyone looking at getting a mortgage or remortaging. Top Team !!!!!

A good mortgage broker makes a world of difference - Marcus is a superb broker. No question was ever too silly, and I was never left waiting for a response. He helped me out with my first solo purchase. During the purchase process, I hit an unrelated snag getting off my old mortgage which caused a couple of months of very stressful uncertainty. He went above and beyond to provide me with invaluable advice and reassurance, which I'm fairly sure was one of the few things preventing me having a nervous breakdown at the time!

Having a mortgage broker who actually cares is one of the smartest moves you can make for yourself. I can very confidently say that Marcus cares, and now I'm sitting in my new home writing this review, extremely grateful for all the help.

We've been in touch with Marcus since we bought our first home back in 2021, and since then, he's been the most helpful, kind and supportive person to have on your side during the house buying process. Not only has he been able to secure better mortgage rates for us than we would have had access to ourselves, but he's been very patient and understanding with any questions and never makes you feel silly for asking what you think might a really basic question. During our second house purchase, there was a bit of a snag right at the 11th hour and Marcus wasted no time in jumping on the phone to us and our solicitors, checking in regularly and just reassuring us that everything would go through - which, as always, he was right and it did! What you're really paying for with Marcus is your peace of mind and the generosity of his time, knowledge and expertise. We had to get a new mortgage because our deal was coming to an end. Obviously deals are not as good now since the Truss/ Kwarteng Sept 2022 disastrous mini budget but they found us the best possible option in advance and kept us informed about mortgage rate drops ahead of our start date.

A completely relaxing experience I wish I could do more business with Marcus and Ben they have a world of mortgage product knowledge and experience.

Once again a truly excellent professional experience. The solicitors dealing with the case were completely incompetent but they still managed to nag them twice a day for over three months and work around them . Today we finally completed. Would thoroughly recommend the team. Well done!!
