Having used both Remitwise and Wise for remittances, Remitwise is exceptionally smoother than Wise with their customer service and ease of paperless digital remittance from India.

I had a great experience with Remitwise for sending money from India to the Philippines. The process was simple and convenient you can do everything from home without the hassle of visiting transfer shops. Their team was also very helpful and responsive on WhatsApp whenever I had questions. The exchange rate could be a little better but overall the convenience and service make it worth it. Definitely a good option for hassle-free transfers 🙏👍

This was my first time using Remitwise, although I’ve made international transfers to France before through other services. The exchange rate was competitive, and the transfer was completed without any issues.
That said, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The nostro charges weren’t clearly disclosed upfront, so the final amount received was slightly different from what I initially expected. Also, I didn’t receive a response to my emails. Fortunately, I was able to get hold of their phone number, and once I spoke to the team, they were courteous and kept me updated throughout the process.
Overall, my first experience with Remitwise was positive, and I would consider using them again.
