Total scam I bought some glasses in January and have never received them! They keep dying wait 7 days etc. decided this is a total scam. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I ordered a set of glasses in January. By April I despaired of them ever arriving. Tracking showed them in Birmingham since mid February. I had just decided it was a scam and opened a case with PayPal when they arrived. They are fine - good value in fact.

I ordered a set of glasses in January 2026, it’s now April 2026 and the item has not arrived. Despite emailing the company they’ve claimed logistics issues, then delivery issues and refuse a refund as their policy states We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
they have not provided proof of posting or carrier details. - having read all the reviews this is a scam don’t use them.

If there was a no star option I would chose that. My experience with this company is mirroring all those below. My order, also for 3 pairs of glasses, was placed in January. They answer emails yes but continually say the order cannot be cancelled as the items have been sent, supposedly in my case, for a third time. I have absolutely no faith or trust in this company or that I will ever receive my order. Meanwhile they are happy to reply to my emails but will not refund. These people should be reported to Instagram for carrying their adverts. In fact, I will do that next. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Complete scam, j bought off Instagram in January and over charged me, keep sending me tracking messages, first in USA now in Cambodia. Shame Instagram should be shutting these people down

So wish I had thought to read these before buying, definitely a scam I order the 3 pack of glasses in January, same as others shipped and last update was the package had arrived in Cambridge in February. Nothing since apart from numerous emails saying I can ask for a refund once the items have arrived which I now know will not happen as it is a scam, looks like they have delayed shipping to hope people forget due to time lapsed. The last email I got was from their 'support team' saying they were chasing and to be patient and wished me a happy life!!!

As with all the other reviews, I ordered a 3 pair pack of glasses and still haven’t received anything. They also charged £18.95 initially instead of the £14.95 advertised. The tracking info says they’ve been in Cardiff since 2nd March. Customer service respond to emails but as for “patience”, “trust in the product” etc. I’ve asked for an immediate refund otherwise I will take legal action. Not expecting anything TBH.

Update 10.04.26 Glasses arrived! Ordered 29.01 and assumed that it was a scam as others have posted, they have finally arrived!
They are as described and I’m happy with them so hopefully all the other people who ordered them will recieve theirs soon too! I’ve updated my rating accordingly

Warning!!! Do not order save your money this is a complete scam. I placed an order in January received numerous tracking emails, no response to my emails as to the whereabouts of my order. I never did receive the order

This is a scam. Have been waiting weeks for glasses. Showing as in transit and in Birmingham since 22nd February, will be going for a refund from credit card company

Made an order on 29th January for 3 pairs of glasses. Received various "tracking" emails that looked made up - even though I had made an order from a UK site, the order began in the US and made its way to Oxfordshire UK (apparently) then seemed to vanish into thin air! various chasing emails to them just responded asking me to wait " a bit longer " - refuse to refund. Having read other reviews, I think this company is just a scam - save your £20.00 - or more dependent on what you are purchasing from them - doubt you would ever receive the goods

If I could give zero stars I would. As others have already said, ordered reading glasses x 3, tracking got as far as Oxford (I’m in Scotland) and just stopped. Messaged them and they said they were sending out another set, but when I ask for tracking they say “be patient”. Absolute scam and money thieves, I’m raising a case with my credit card company.

I ordered glasses at the end of January at a cost of £14.98, however, I was charged £18.73. The glasses never arrived. I contacted numerous times for a refund which the replies were always to wait longer. I finally was told I would received a refund, which, I did for £3.75! I questioned this and they sent me a break down of why I only got this amount. I have again questioned this. Whilst I was emailing Reminisor for a refund I also asked my bank for a charge back (which I got) and would urge everyone to do the same to get their money back.

BEWARE SCAM ALERT - Ordered 3 pack of glasses back in January - never received - they refuse to refund as say they’re with the courier. Totally given up now and written it off. BEWARE DO NOT ORDER - SCAM ALERT

I ordered glasses in 28th January and have not received my order. SCAM! parcel still in transit apparently. Hoping this review will stop others losing best part of £20!

This company is a scam from China.order glasses in January and not hear a thing then contacted them. Replied at least! Saying in transit stuck in customs..looked at tracking and saying in Edinburgh! I have reported them to pay pal...

I ordered glasses months ago from this company of tiktok .They bombarded me with messages about being delayed and being in transit ..The glasses never appeared .Be warned do not order from this site .
