I can honestly highly recommend this service, not because it's free because of the help they gave me. I live in one of those big purpose-built student blocks (the ones that are run by a private operator rather than the uni). Toward the end of my contract they hit me with a charge for damage to a shared area on my floor but I hadn't done it, and as far as I knew nobody had even reported anything during the year.
