Great customer service & patience from Konstantin for the design phase. Installation went smoothly & the kitchen is as planned & expected. Some delays at build & install but all in all a good experience and good value. Thank you.

Relm designed and fitted a neat overhead cupboard that matches my existing joinery. Doors line up nicely, soft-close works well, and the top infill is scribed so it sits perfectly under the cornice. The team proposed sensible strengthening and kept the internal floor flush, which makes loading bags easy. Fitters were polite and tidy. The whole process took exactly 2 months, but the final result is excellent and I’m very happy to recommend them.

Relm have finished installing our wardrobes and we are delighted with the result. However, it has taken a lot longer than we expected due to a variety of factors. In fairness, our design required a lot of thought and planning which was under-estimated but we can happily say that Amir, Oleg and their team, got the project over the line to our great satisfaction over a number of busy days. The design and quality of the workmanship are highly recommended.

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Relm Bespoke.

I had approached them for bathroom cabinets, and it’s been over 8 months now — the work is still incomplete. I was promised timely delivery and professional execution, but all I’ve received are constant delays, zero communication, and empty promises. Despite multiple follow-ups, no one replies or takes ownership of the project.

To make matters worse, their initial rep quoted a low price to win the job, only for the actual quote to come in significantly higher after months of waiting. Even with the so-called “discount,” nothing has moved forward.

Avoid at all costs if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Relm Bespoke to create a stunning TV panelling and rack for my home, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment we contacted them with our bespoke ideas, Konstantin provided exemplary customer service, always available and eager to answer any questions we had.

Unfortunately i felt scammed by them. They called and tried to set up a meeting that i had assumed was a proposal meeting to give an accurate pricing quote. Turns out it was a chargeable design appointment as if i had already agreed to a build which I had absolutely not agreed to. The cost of this appointment was not mentioned at any point in the booking call with their agent and so I felt scammed when after 5 min of measurement I was presented with a 75 pound bill and asked 'cash or card'. I have never been charged by a company for the privilege of offering me a quote for their services with zero services provided thus far. The audacity! The whole thing left a low trust feeling and if they are willing to go down this hidden charges route I don't think u can really trust them to not have yet more hidden charges. We declined all future appointments and will go with a more transparent firm in the future.
