Bought an expensive Sonos Soundbar from them. I was told at delivery not to open the box as warranty will be void and with 48 hours engineer will be sent to install. 8 days have passed . Inspite of Repeated calls and emails to their customer support NOTHING happened till now .

Is there any better word than the worst it suits best for the customer service team. Because they don’t listen to what you’re saying they just keep say what they want to say. And it there problem product as to be in perfect condition while delivering time also however they just saying we delivered right product while I open the parcel it’s in a damage condition and I raised a return request within five mins after getting the parcel and I uploaded the all sides of inside and outside box and I mentioned clearly the product is in damage condition inside. They are not listening to me they just explaining what they backend team said it’s in good condition while packing the product in warehouse what about in travell. Who is responsible for it

Very disappointing experience with Reliance Digital. My iPad order was cancelled, but I had to wait 20 days for my refund. Despite repeatedly emailing them, I was told to “wait 3–4 days” every time. I finally had to raise a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline, and only then was my refund processed. Extremely frustrating customer service and a very poor refund experience.

There is no zero star option 😭

My experience with Reliance Digital was extremely disappointing. I was looking for a tablet specifically for handwritten study notes and video lectures, and I relied on the salesperson’s guidance while choosing the product. Unfortunately, important limitations of the device were not explained to me, and I was given information that turned out to be incorrect regarding stylus/S Pen support and note-taking.
There was no trial unit available for me to properly check the device before purchasing it. After the purchase, when I discovered the issue and approached the store, I did not receive the resolution I was expecting.
My experience has made me question the product knowledge and training of the staff. I strongly recommend doing your own research and independently verifying the features and compatibility of any product before making a purchase.
Please do your own research and verify everything before buying from Reliance Digital. Buy at your own risk.

Very poor after-sales service. I purchased 1.5 Ton and 1 Ton ACs from Reliance Digital, both under Extended Warranty. Every time there is a service requirement or an issue, I have to make repeated requests. After registering a complaint, you may have to wait 10–15 days, and even after that, there is no guarantee that the service will actually be provided. Very disappointing service and customer support.

Very disappointing experience with Reliance Digital. The staff appeared insufficiently informed about the laptop’s actual performance and recommended a model that did not meet the requirements I clearly explained. I am now experiencing difficulties with replacement/return, and the customer support response has also been unhelpful.

I expected better product guidance and after-sales support from a reputed retailer. Do not buy from here!

I have purchased a smart TV from Tambaram Reliance shop on 26/11/2025. after six months the tv display was gone and they replaced with a substandard display. They took nearabout 20 days ro replace that one. The technician brought the item without taking any care and stored it openly with another two to three units. Finally he replaced with a display which is not locked or fitted well. Now the problem is lights are coming from four sides end fitted to the panel. I made so many complaints about 25 calls to reliance digital.
Finally iam requesting you to allow me somebody else who are more responsible for their profession t which i will select and get it repaired. The charges you should give me if not i will go to consumer court or through a lawyer and i will claim the amount accordingly.

Extremely poor. They sold major appliances to us as new. Within 1 month of new purchase both appliances failed terribly. Their repair personnel especially Nadeem and his associates are most criminal people you'll encounter. They refused to repair the appliances, left us stranding for several months, kept closing tickets despite never addressing. On top of that Nadeem and his associates ganged up at our residence and tried to harass women and elderly in our private residence--- all thanks to Reliance!We had warned Reliance of repeated fraudulent inappropriate conduct yet they act as if they own the judiciary and police and law enforcement systems. I would very strongly warm anyone to NOT buy anything from Reliance Digital stores and even extend the same to other Reliance stores given their rampant criminal conduct for a customer service which should not have even arisen given the " new" products sold..clearly they are selling refurbished products as new under their retail label and then loot the common people.STAY AWAY. BUY LOCAL not from CHAINS in India- CHAIN retailers apparently feel entitled to own the judiciary and law enforcement systems! Common man can't and should have to deal with so much abuse and torture for a mere appliance that is sold for way better quality and service elsewhere where 1000s others are doing better. DO NOT even bother to go here or buy anything from Reliance. STAY AWAY.

Pathetic is the word that comes to mind.
I bought an ac with a next day delivery and installation promise.
In order to have predictability of time and cost I paid upfront for everything including installation charges and a the stand for the outside part of the split ac.
Two days later when a technician turned up he is saying, i was sold the wrong stand and new stand would cost me 2200 and that an additional cost of a driller is to be added at 1100 per hole in the wall.
Professional conduct died again.

I have Purchased Haier Refrigirator from Online Reliance website..within 2 months we had issue with the gas choking and they fixed it.
A week later we had the issue with fridge not cooling, when the technician visited he told us that the compressor needs to be changed.
If someone buys 80k fridge and this issue happens exactly after 2 months and compressor is such major component in the fridge..
there is some issue with the online resQ team as they are delaying it more and more..
as a customer noone can wait for a month without the issue being resolved..
Its better not to buy any electronic gadgets from reliance.

मैंने 15 अगस्त 2026 को नया TV खरीदा था, लेकिन TV की स्क्रीन पर बहुत ज्यादा White Spots / सफेद दाग दिखाई दे रहे हैं। नया TV होने के बावजूद स्क्रीन की क्वालिटी बिल्कुल संतोषजनक नहीं है।

इतनी बड़ी रकम खर्च करके नया TV लेने के बाद इस तरह की समस्या होना बहुत निराशाजनक है। मैंने कंपनी/डीलर से शिकायत करने की कोशिश की है, लेकिन समस्या का उचित समाधान अभी तक नहीं मिला है।

कंपनी से अनुरोध है कि इस समस्या को गंभीरता से लेते हुए TV की जाँच करके जल्द से जल्द उचित समाधान या replacement दिया जाए।

Very disappointing experience with Reliance. I purchased products worth almost ₹2 lakh, including a refrigerator, and raised a complaint over a month ago. Despite repeated follow-ups and emails promising assistance, the issue is still unresolved.
I even paid extra for warranty coverage, expecting reliable service when needed. I live abroad, and my parents are suffering in the hot weather because of this ongoing issue.
Reliance clearly does not value its customers or honour its service commitments. I would not recommend buying appliances from Reliance.

Cheated every body anywhere give false statements everytime and half a time not picking phone also . really a harassment don't buy anything from reliance digital.
Since last 2 months am frustrated.
Don't buy any product and extended warranty.

Very poor service upon ordering a new washing machine from their online store they neither delivered the product nor you get an option to cancel the product . Still fighting with them to get the order cancelled and get a refund of the amount . Worst service ever experienced in appliance purchase .
