I did not like the delivery men they were rude and unrespectful, raising his voice in front of my child just because I asked a question why he was leaving the bed in the corridor and he said he was not paid to do that I had to produce a receipt for proof then arrogantly moved the bed

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about your experience with the delivery team. This is certainly not the level of service we expect from our delivery partners, and we understand how upsetting this must have been, particularly with your child present.
Our deliveries are carried out by a trusted third party courier on our behalf, but we take reports like this very seriously. If you have not already done so, please email our customer service team with the details of what happened. We will be happy to raise a formal investigation with the courier so the matter can be fully reviewed.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologise for the experience you had.

Excellent bed but a couple of niggles
An excellent well made bed but despite getting the right number of packages there were no fittings or instructions. This was quickly resolved when we contacted the company. The instructions missed a couple of key details which made the construction a bit frustrating but the final bed was well worth it.

Proper customer service
Quick delivery the delivery company was very professional and even offered to bring the boxes inside even though I had only paid for kerbside delivery. Unfortunately there was an issue but it was completely resolved by 13:30 on the Monday and only took 4 or 5 emails total to explain, sort some details, and get confirmation of a resolution.
Very professional.

So so
Bed bases are great however all the brick lines of mattresses are stupidly heavy (over 100kgs) making it difficult to place fitted sheets etc on them, the super soft one I got was anything but soft, padded layer leaves much to be desired

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you are happy with the bed bases.
We are sorry that the mattress did not meet your expectations. The Brick range is specifically designed as heavy duty mattresses, which is why the mattresses are considerably heavier than standard models. Their weights are listed on our website so customers can make an informed choice before purchasing.
We would also like to clarify that the mattress you purchased was our Extra Deep 2400 Pocket Sprung model, which is one of the firmest mattresses in our range. It is not described or marketed as a super soft mattress on our website. As comfort is very subjective, we appreciate that firmness can feel different from one person to another, but this model is intentionally designed to provide a high level of support and durability.
Thank you again for your feedback. We value all customer comments as they help future customers choose the most suitable product for their needs.

terrible customer service
Ordered a replacement bed for a tenant in rental house. I ordered the fitting/assembly too and disposal of old bed. was told in paperwork that delivery would be 24.6.26 and old bed frame needs to be dismantled before delivery. So it was dismantled and left outside ready for 11am to 2pm delivery, collection and assembly. Got a call after 1pm saying that they sent wrong team and they cant assemble today and need to rebook for couple of days away. delivery company blamed the shop and when I called shop they blamed the delivery co. Said any complain cant be verbal and must be by email. so here you go...treat this as a complaint and get back to me please.

Thank you for your review.
We are sorry that your delivery and assembly experience did not go as planned.
Unfortunately, the issue occurred because the delivery company dispatched the incorrect crew to carry out the assembly service. As this was an operational error on the courier's part, it was outside of our direct control. As advised during our telephone conversation, we apologised for the inconvenience caused and arranged for the service to be rebooked for the next available date.
With regard to complaints, we do require these to be submitted in writing so that they can be properly logged, investigated, and reviewed by management. This ensures that a full record of the matter is maintained and allows us to provide a formal response.
Please note that review platforms are not monitored as a complaints channel. If you wish to raise a formal complaint, please contact our customer service team directly by email and we will be happy to assist further.
A sturdy triple bunk: a quality product
We ordered the Langham triple bunk bed in oak. From order to delivery was fast and we were kept informed throughout. The delivery company (AIT) was less good (poor communication and a lack of care to avoid damaging the packages), but maybe that is not Reinforced Bed's fault.
You are strongly advised to check everything is there before starting the construction process. We laid out everything and made sure ALL of the nuts, bolts, dowels and screws were there. This is essential. Build instructions are provided but are less than clear. It took us a full day to complete construction: our advice is to start in the morning when the brain cells are at their best. The pictorial instructions are less than good, so care at each step is recommended. Positioning and orientation of corner posts is 'tricky', so take time to think through how things bolt together: there are lots of holes that need to be aligned and bolts to be inserted. The bed(s) are heavy, which is good......once the bed is built, not so much as you install the single bed on top of the double bed.
Overall, very pleased with the product.
We are available to construct this bed for others.....we would be much faster than the 8 hours we took with our bed.....and our charge would be very reasonable......

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review! We are delighted to hear that you are pleased with your new triple bunk bed.
We appreciate your feedback regarding both the delivery experience and the assembly instructions. While we strive to make installation as straightforward as possible, we understand that larger furniture pieces can be challenging and time-consuming to build, particularly when ensuring everything is assembled correctly. Your comments will be passed on to the relevant teams as we are always looking for ways to improve both our products and the information we provide.
Most importantly, we are thrilled to hear that the finished bed has lived up to expectations. Thank you again for choosing us, and for sharing your experience with future customers 😊

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about the issue you have experienced with the wheels and understand your frustration.
We would like to clarify that we have already offered to send replacement parts and are currently awaiting a response to our email sent on 1st June. To process the claim with the manufacturer and help prevent similar issues in the future, we simply require photographs of the damaged components for our records. As soon as we receive these images, we will be able to progress the replacement request.
We appreciate your patience and hope to resolve this matter for you as quickly as possible.
Rusty parts disintegrated whilst assembling!
Updating this.
Original bed literally fell apart whilst under assembly (reinforced it was not). Customer service was impeccable but really disconcerting that they didn't seem alarmed about it.
Replacement bed was assembled. So far it's rock solid and appears up to the name. Guess we will find out in 2 years time if it is.
Difficult bed to build but that's mostly due to the weight and the way everything is bolted to everything else for strength.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that you experienced this issue and completely understand your concern. Safety is something we take extremely seriously, which is why, as soon as the problem was reported, we arranged a full replacement bed.
We would like to reassure customers that this is an exceptionally rare occurrence and not something we commonly encounter. While our team requested photographs of the affected part, this was not because the issue was considered normal. We ask for images in all cases involving damaged or faulty components so that we can accurately assess the problem, provide the correct resolution as quickly as possible, and pass the information on to the manufacturer for investigation and quality control purposes.
We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention and are pleased that we were able to arrange a replacement promptly. Feedback such as this helps us continue to maintain the high standards we expect from our products.
Aubrey Bed and Mattress
I bought my bed frame and mattress on 15th March (lead time 6-8 weeks). After 10 weeks had passed I heard nothing and decided to make contact. Apology given but no confirmation of when delivery would happen. I got in touch again at 12 weeks and still no confirmed delivery date could be given. No compensation discussion to be had. Eventually the bed and mattress arrived in week 14!!! In my opinion, this is unacceptable! I understand that things get delayed but the thing to do is to make contact with the customer to advise them of a time delay. I was seriously suspecting this to be some sort of scam! However in week 14 my bed frame and mattress arrived and what a beautiful bed it is. Was it worth all the stress and headache...Yes it was! I am super happy with it and would actually recommend to friends and family (just adding a warning to double the delivery time expectation). I think a reasonable amount of compensation should have been offered. The least they could have done was refund my 2 man, take to the room delivery charge!
