Can't say enough great things about working with Jon. The entire VA process can seem overwhelming and it helps to have someone like Jon on your side acting as a guide to avoid the common traps that only delay claims.

Just starting off on my journey with the VA claims process. Jon is very clear and transparent on the process and informative of the steps to take. Very responsive with questions as well.

Where do I start! It’s been a long journey and ive wanted to quit multiple times, but Jon helped me realize that I needed to keep pushing. The process wasn’t easy but Jon helped me through every step of the way. Ive recommended him to multiple people and they’ve been helped as well.

I heard about Jon from a friend. I did not have high hopes as I got out in 2000. I tried to get a rating back then, but nadda. It's taken about a year since submitting my claim, and the there are a lot of hoops, but Jon is indeed is very familiar with the process and words to use to be heard. How do I even start to tell everyone who is going through the VA Claims process, (that we all know can be exhausting and frustrating) how much Jon Reid has done for me. I can only sum it up like this. I started working with Jon approximately 2 years ago , which at that time I was rated at 50%. I knew the things I went through in the military being surgery and other health related things caused by the military, that I deserved a much higher rating than the 50% I had been awarded. I was being told by the local VSO that I would "NEVER " reach at best, more than 70%. I was frustrated and exhausted at the process. By the grace of God, I found Jon Reid through searches on the internet for help with VA Claims. As you all probably already know there are many lawyers and other services willing to " help". After a phone interview with Jon explaining my situation, I decided to put my trust in him to assist with my claims. Fast forward , 2 years later after many claims, denials, higher level reviews and reapplying for the same conditions, I was awarded 100% P&T. During the process of the denials, I was ready to just quit and give up, and was even contemplating suicide. That was unacceptable to Jon, for one reason only , it's that he truly cared about me and pushing through to get what I deserved. Words cannot express how grateful I am to my brother and friend for what he's done in my life. If you or anyone you know is going through the VA Claims process, do not hesitate to use Jon's services. Jon has been helping me with my VA claims. when I first started with him, I was at only 40%.
